Very good food friendly staff
I was passing through the town of Winchester & saw the Dairy Bar & thought I'd give it a try . I got 2 foot long hotdogs with all the fixin's . Really good chili with a nice sweeter taste . I usually go 5 alarm hot & thought this would be a nice change of pace & I was not disappointed . They have a walk up window to order & pick up from & a nice covered shady area outside with picnic tables for your eating pleasure .
