Everyone is super nice. Coffee is great. My only thing is theres an inconsistency with the way the drinks seem to be made but it’s constructive criticism. Love the place and stop in every time I'm passing through. The smores muffin is delicious.

This is a nice handy place to go through the drive-thru when traveling. Everything has been perfect. Called ahead one time to ask what time they closed. Was told in about 15 minutes. I said darn, I was about twenty-five to thirty minutes away. Was told they would stay open and wait for me. The only complaint I have, is going inside. If you go in the door that goes to the restroom, there is a step to get to where you order. It is awkward for handicapped persons. But, otherwise for me, the drive-thru is perfect.

the coffee tasted burned and the totes was stale and left a bad taste in my mouth the coffee was supposed to be iced coffee and it was hot and the muffin was hard and tasted really bad I spent 15 dollars I'll never go back

A nice little place to grab a quick bite while in Winchester. The food is made fast and fresh. They have lots of bakery items. Great coffee! Friendly people! I recommend.

I've tried numerous coffee options since Mama's opened. I continue to be disappointed. I've tried different variations of syrups and milk. I believe I must just dislike their coffee. I was about to give up entirely, but we decided to try lunch. Our service is always good and those young girls seem to work very hard. We had a wrap, vegetable soup, and a specialty cream puff. I asked for what they liked best, hoping for something good. They delivered.This was my first good visit as far as products. I hope you will continue to improve. Currently, I drive to Mt. Orab or Georgetown for good coffee.Parking: Awkward parking lot and drive thru. However there is parking surrounding if inclined to walk over.Kid-friendliness: They have a small play area set up for children.

I'd passed by without seeing it a few times and finally stopped in today, I'm so happy we did. We had a chicken salad croissant, veggie soup, a build your own sandwich (made a club) and the potato soup. It was all freaking delicious. The veggie soup was chock full of carrots, potatoes, fresh peas, onion, celery, green beans and I'm sure more that I didn't notice bc I was busy stuffing my face. The chicken salad was freaking great I don't know what herbs they used but sweet sheesh it was the tastiest chicken salad I've had in ages. The byo sandwich we got was phenomenal, stacked with meat and two slices of cheese (one slice never cuts it) and the potato soup was nice and thick w a lovely smoked bacon flavor.We will be back often. I'm so glad we found this place. The service was top notch as well! Prices are also more than fair!
