“Ferroni’s Allegro Café & Bistro is by far my favorite coffee shop (and I consider myself a bit of a coffee shop connoisseur☺️). Their drinks are always great quality. They offer fantastic and creative specials each month. They have plenty of options for non-coffee drinkers. They sell a variety of coffee beans that be ground to your desired consistency (Jazzy Java has my heart🫶). All of their food is wonderful — the wraps, the sandwiches, the salads, the bakery! 🤤 The staff there is so incredibly kind. Warm and friendly, they greet you with a smile and are happy to help you find the perfect drink if you can’t decide. The shop itself is beautiful and cozy. Definitely a comfortable place to spend some time enjoying your coffee and a muffin!😋 I cannot recommend Ferroni’s Allegro Café & Bistro enough!”

The card reader machine wasn’t working and after several attempts, a very sweet young lady named Sophie who took our order, paid for our meal. “If you want affordable Chinese, it’s really good and the orange chicken is Bussin Bussin. I always get it I always love it until about 20 minutes after. It’s like setting up an appointment with the good old Jonathan. It’s good until you see Jonathan. I would love if the chicken was bigger, but that’s just because I was hungry. I would recommend the food though, and I love the people who answer the phone. They are funny.”

“I’ve been following this restaurant for about 3 months after seeing a post on Facebook. Finally made it in today for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint. We had the Highland Filet which despite being the most adorable animal ever, was actually delicious! And huge! Everything on the menu was very affordable. Our server Tim was super friendly and Nick came over to chat and tell us a bit more about the menu. We visited from Chesterland and will be back again! Looking forward to seeing what the summer brings!”

“We just returned from 2 nights at Bloomfield Inn (May 23/24, 2025) and the new owners are doing a FABULOUS job of sprucing it up and ensuring their guests are happy! The inn is older but the rooms appear to be updated in really cute and chic aesthetics, both rooms we booked had kitchens and the suite had separate bedrooms and a large outdoor private deck! Everything was spotlessly clean and quiet and the inn is only a short walk to the cute shops and restaurants of Bloomfield and is in between Picton and Wellington (5-10 minute drives.) We will definitely be back!”

“I stop in from time to time since the first time I went in and got a Burger. It was great! Nice place to take whomever you love or respect, without worry of any disappointment in food, service or atmosphere. The place brings together the rural and industrial folks for a good hot meal, cold drinks and a welcome feel that you've met others you'd think were your neighbors. Best advice is to, stop in yourself and pick from a good menu anything you like. It's all good! I even got a vegetarian burger there yesterday for my Uncle who said, "that is the best I've ever had!" Despite not getting one, that told me there is something there for everyone. Try it, you'll like it!”

“Clean employees are friendly and food is made fresh it was not hot though store clean inside and out reasonable price handicap parking and offering curbside delivery need to serve hot food not warm”

“Gionino's has the best pizza around. We used to live in Edinburg and got their pizza all the time. Now we live in Jefferson. I was so excited when they opened one in Orwell. I have no problem driving 20 minutes for good pizza. Nobody can compete with their sauce. I even get extra. Kudos to the young man working by himself on a Friday night. He was handling it like a pro. I will be back often.👏”
