I ordered to brisket sandwiches, one was cool to the touch the other barley warm.i called the restaurant, manger says they could send me out a card and will take a week to get. Sandwiches are small to begin with...
Food was all mixed up. Order was half ours.. also we asked for 2 sides of cheese and didn't receive them, but was charged for them. Arby's food is always good. But staff needs better training
Clean, quality food & great staff. We were there at 7 pm on Thursday evening every staff member we interacted with was super nice. We interacted with 3 staff members at different times. Definitely will be back !
