Went into the lobby to order. Manager announced we have to close the lobby or my staff said they would all quit.
Can't even get simple orders correct. I understand it's fast food, but it really ISN'T rocket science. Missing items on orders. Burgers made incorrectly. Wrong side orders.
How hard is it to get the toppings ON the burgers and not on the wrapper outside of the bun? And PLAIN? How do you misconstrue PLAIN for anything other than PLAIN?
And then the icing on the cake, they give you the wrong receipts so if you try to call back and complain about the order you can't...read full review
