The girl with the long fingernails that took our money seemed irritated that there was no pop at your establishment. At least the nuggets were hot I guess.

All l can say is that everytime l go, which isn't often, l regret it. All they really have is expediency(and for inside diners that's gone--- drive-thru gets preferential treatment). The coffee is only exception since it is good quality at a reasonable price.

I ordered 1 Daily double at the kiosk... it should not have taken 10-15 minutes to make and send out. They are always so disorganized and get your order wrong half the time.

McDonald's these days.... Understaffed, overworked, impossibly difficult day-to-day existence. These guys are dealing with all the usual crap that every Mickey D's employees deal with, it ain't glamorous, but they absolutely give it 100% and do a damn sight better job than the other McDonald's in the area (Stuebenville, I'm looking at you). I really appreciate that little extra effort and they make that effort every morning and the way they take the job seriously. It might seem trivial to some, but I have a lot of respect for anybody in food service,, it is not easy, it's like working in a pressure cooker with customers lining up to hate on you. Even when they are getting crushed, these guys display very strong customer service skills and I know for a fact I would have melted down already. You guys are great, hope you get a raise. Or more help.

I think that this place might sabotage the food on purpose--whether that's giving you saltless, stale floor fries or covering your burger in so much pepper that it's inedible. Either way, just head 2 miles down to the one near Steubenville for much better

I just got home and pulled out my Big Mac, on my third bite, I bit into a long blonde hair. That is unacceptable. There should never be hair in your food. A Big Mac is almost eight dollars. At least that caused me to lose my appetite. It would suck to still be hungry after that.
Do better, people. Wear hair nets. Accidents happen. Forgetting items is forgivable. Hair in my food in inexcusable. It's so gross and unhygienic. Nobody wants some strangers hair in their mouth. That person could have lice or their hair is dirty. Ahhhhh! I'm so grossed out. This is going to take awhile to get over.

I stop here every morning for iced coffee. The workers on the morning crew are absolutely amazing. Afternoon is sometimes questionable. Coffee and food has always been fresh there. Drive thru area is clean.
