the guy on the drive thru mic was nice. but when i got to the window the woman named “Charlene” gave me dirty remarks, telling me i wasn’t going to get my food then went on to ask “do you really need all that sauce?!?!” n when i said yes i like to mix things, she gave me a nasty look of disbelief then i was like please don’t make fun of me for my food or how i eat and then she proceeded to give me barely any of the sauce THAT I PAID FOR. again this was mcdonalds on springfield pike and the womans name working the drive thru window handing food out was Charlene.

The ice cream/smoothie machine is always down for some reason. I’ve been here on 8 different occasions over the course of a couple of months and it never works….
I try not to leave bad reviews but my experience today was absured. I ordered a $5 meal deal, with a lemonda and buffalo/ranch sauce (screen was correct). I pay (no receipt given), pull up to the second window, and they try the hand me a sweet tea. I reminded them I got a lemonade. Then, they hand me a bag that has a McDouble with no onion, and no sauces. Again, I tell them this isn't my order. So, they ask me to park. I do, no protest. They bring my food out and its the same exact items just thrown in a new bag!! Still a McDouble with no onion, and no sauces.
I was kind throughout the entire ordeal. Its a slap in the face that they couldn't be bothered to correct the order.

I waited 25 minutes for my food only for it to be cold and incorrect. I‘ve never made bad review about a fast food restaurant but it was so bad I had to let the general public know. Don’t come here.

They were out of products. They need more people to employ. And most of the employees need customer service training. I am very disappointed. I had to return to the store because some of my order was not given to me.

Two lanes but they have no idea how to operate them. Enjoy food on time? Not happening here.

Don’t pay with cash- employees will give you back the wrong, lower amount of and then get rude when you ask for your full amount back.
Also check your total at the screen compared to at the window- they tell you it costs more at the window and get an attitude when you question it
And I dont understand why this location does so many things wrong/incorrectly compared to other locations where I never have these issues: Food made differently. Happy meal toys can’t be purchased individually. Sauces and straws are never given unless you ask- even when you order them specifically/order a drink.
Lastly really hate that whenever i get a diet or regular coke, half of it is root beer. Are we not using the machine correctly? Are we not making the order correctly? And/or most likely- do we just not care?
