My server Sarah (apologies if not spelled correctly) was absolutely amazing - gave me a free lil palette cleanser of the passion fruit sorbet (freaking amazing). You go in expecting to pay a good bill, but honestly it was SUPER reasonable for the amount of food I got, the service, food quality, and the environment.I felt super comfortable eating alone here, too, so bonus points for that.Also - the food is incredible. My taste buds were so jazzed about it. If I could recreate the sauce that came with the veal short rib, I'd put it on everything haha.Anyway, kudos to the chef, and kudos to my amazing waitress Sarah. “While on spring break from Raleigh, North Carolina, my son and I made it a priority to visit Nolia Kitchen after hearing about it and Chef Jeff Harris' James Beard Semi Finalist. Located in the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood, known for its local restaurants and shopping, we planned our early dinner around this exciting hotspot.As we arrived at Nolia around 5pm, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The host was both kind and efficient, while our server impressed us with their sweet demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu. Though we had already perused the menu, our server still took the time to share some additional offerings. With our choices in mind, we placed our orders, which included the following:- Gulf Oysters (6) from both the East and West Coast- Cauliflower- River CatfishTo complement our meal, I indulged in the delightful Goretti Park cocktail.Each dish was served with care and precision. My son particularly enjoyed the East Coast Oysters, while the cauliflower, accompanied by raisins and honey (we asked for it on the side), left a remarkable impression. Personally, my favorite was the catfish, paired with crawfish and grits. The combination of flavors was truly exceptional.During our visit, we were fortunate enough to meet Chef Jeff himself. “By far the best fried chicken place here in west Chester Ohio. Probably the best fried chicken spot in Cincinnati to be honest. Forget about kfc and Popeyes, if you want good, juicy, tender, and crispy fried chicken then this is the spot to go.Staff is amazing and friendly, the owner is there a lot and he seems great as well.Soy spring, curry,snow onion are the flavors I’ve had so far and goddddd it’s dang good.I’m not a tender guy but my friend is and he order some and I’ll say their tenders are almost as good as the wings (I’m biased towards wings) and they are HUGE and plentiful. Very good definitely would orderAppetizers we got the calamari which was great as wellGreat draft beer selections and that’s very important when it comes to fried chicken spot. Korean culture is beer and fried chicken and it’s a great combination that you must try.They also have soju which is a Korean liquor but better. I’d recommend the yogurt flavor (just trust me) or the peach flavor. Honestly you can’t go wrong with any but high recommend the yogurt. It tastes like the yokult little yogurt drink you get at Korean restaurants when you get done with a meal.All in all 12/10 spot. I always take my friends here”

“We were here for a mid afternoon meal to celebrate a birthday. The Service was stellar, food was delicious and each person in our party of 5 loved their meal as well as the craft cocktails some of us enjoyed. It was my first experience having an apparel spritz and it was quite enjoyable. The price point per person with beer and cocktails was about $45 per person. I wasn’t sure how formal the attire would be and wore a casual dress with sandals. That was almost dressed up compared to most for the time of day, lots of shorts and jeans, if this helps anyone decide on what to wear. I highly recommend this establishment and will be going back.Dietary restrictions: The server made a point to ask if any of us had any dietary restrictions.”

“I came here for the lobster crab shrimp BLT and I thought I found the love of my life but not this time. I wish the filling of the seafood portion had more texture with pieces of meat. It puts me in mind of tuna salad. It’s a cold sandwich but the filling was ice cold. The French fries could use improvement as well. Overall the food wasn’t nasty but I wouldn’t order or recommend it. Over priced as well for what’s given. The restaurant is beautiful and I will definitely come back to try another dish. I sat at the bar and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant which is why I ate in.”

“Golden Hands Bakery is filled with masterpieces of deliciousness. Ron and I stopped in today for an Opening Day Donut for a home run review! My Apple fritter was crispy on the outside and moist and power packed with cinnamon and apples on the inside. Ron’s sticky bun was sticky and Carmel coated with pecans and cinnamon. Beyond amazing morning experience ?”

“Came here with a friend who frequents this place and I'm pretty impressed. We lined up on Easter at opening and they already had a line out the door, even in the light drizzle. The line stayed that way over the next hour that we hung out there. They do sell out of items so it's best to get there as early as you can! I'm more of a sweet tooth when it comes to baked goods, but the everything bagel croissant is a must-have here. The staff heat it before serving, and it's truly the best of both worlds - the butteriness and flakiness of a croissant, with the garlic scallion seasme flavors of an everything bagel. The raspberry almond croissant is also delicious, a good balance of tart and nutty. The salty chocolate chip cookie was also good - large chocolate chunks throughout. The vegan matcha brownie was an adventurous pick; I'm usually iffy about vegan baked goods, and this one had a texture closer to a fudge than to a brownie. I liked the chocolate and mint combo but couldn't get a hint of matcha. Similarly, the raspberry matcha doodle had plenty of raspberry but 0 matcha. Overall, the limited edition matcha flavored items fell flat, but the goods off the regular menu were great and reasonably priced. The space itself is bright, large enough to seat a few small groups, and nice to hang out in. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Check this place out and stick to their bestsellers, and you'll be in carb heaven.”

“We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.”

We explored many of the menu options but our favorites were the Moroccan spiced broccoli texture and crisp was perfect with the sauce served with it, and Crispy falafel was my favorite dish !Roasted beets & Lebna was also good. We also ordered the potato gnocchi but didn’t get to try it because I filled up on the other dishes that arrived first.Cute vibey atmosphere! Kind service.”

But Boosalis proved me wrong in the best way!Their chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) is the real deal. Seriously, it gives the famous spots in Paris a run for their money. And don't even get me started on their plain croissant—it's a close second to my favorite in Paris, Ble Sucre.Now, I can get my croissant fix without the long flight. “Popped in before dinner for drinks on Friday night. Parked right out front of the spot and breezed in. After being warmly greeted by the host, we parked at the bar. The place is beautiful. Love the design choices and the blue notes. A big table carved into the back wall looks great for a group. The drinks take awhile for the staff to make, so prepare yourself. However the wait is definitely worth it. Loved every drink we had. The French 75 was light and crisp. The Peardon my French was tasty and not overly sweet. I'm not a huge rum person but would highly recommend the hibernation sour. The bit of salt and spice was fantastic. Can't wait to come back. I want to try their daytime coffee and food menu.”

“Best pizza in Cincinnati.We ordered margherita and hawaiian pizzas, and they were both perfect. Il Gusto pizza is ultra thin and crispy with high quality ingredients. The margherita especially was fantastic, and even my young children loved it.The greek salad was fresh with a house made dressing. We wished there were whole kalamata olives, but it was still delicious.”
