They were out of products. They need more people to employ. And most of the employees need customer service training. I am very disappointed. I had to return to the store because some of my order was not given to me.

My experience at the McDonalds was that the quality of food was much better than any other McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. Maybe the very hot fries and food was a fluke because they were busy, but regardless, my experience was great.

I experienced pretty much the same bad drive through service, went inside to complain but decided to leave because the place was filthy and I did want any food from there. I drove 5 miles to a different McDonald's located on hauck road, food and service was great.
