My experience was just SoSo. The Pho was good but it could use more flavor .
For a new Customer it would be nice to see pictures of the food !

I was super skeptical coming to a pho restaurant out here being from California. The food doesn’t compare! BUT THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE?!?! I had the fresh spring rolls and THEIR PEANUT SAUCE WAS STRAIGHT GAS. Like it was SO GOOD probably the best peanut sauce I have ever tasted in my Entire life. The pho was pretty good too the papaya was aite. But what made it an even better experience, our sever Orlando was top tier the BEST. Hands down amazing customer service, the atmosphere was amazing. I rarely leave reviews but this one is very deserving! This restaurant really surprised me

I don't know what's happening, but the food is not as authentic as it used to be. I came in today on 6/1/25 and the noodles in both the main dish and garden rolls were way over cooked. The chicken was bland. I took one bite out of each and I could not swallow the food because it didn't taste great.

I’ve lived in Akron for almost 4 years now and finally found a Vietnamese spot that has bahn xeo!!! Everything here is great - best phó and spring rolls (they’re called here garden rolls here) I’ve found in NE Ohio. The guy working up front is very kind and does a great job taking care of everybody dining in + handling take outs in a timely manner

The meat crepe was SOOOO GOOD! Service was great; although it was busy we didn't feel neglected. Everything we ordered was top notch and a great representation of classic Vietnamese cuisine. I 100% plan on returning and would encourage others to visit! Thank you.

Arrived at 7:30, understanding they close at 8pm but figured we would be quick as a courtesy. The host seated us and as soon as the waiter came out he was very blunt and said we had to order quick , and hoped we knew what we wanted because the kitchen is cleaning up. He was just very rude about it. If they didn’t want or could accommodate our business then they should not of seated us. Second, if you are open until a certain time shouldn’t your service be available up till that time. Never been to Bowl of Pho before and now will never go back. Can’t rate the food because we didn’t even get that far. This was just a terrible experience. I will make sure to tell all my friends and associates about this service.
Very hard to find really good pho in Cleveland. However this place does a great job. I really enjoyed the flavor of their broth. On par with the pho in larger cities. I would say it's best or one of best in

I had a delicious meal here last week so decided to come back today. I arrived here 7:53pm without knowing they close at 8pm. The hostess or bar tender did not come to welcome me, just yelled across the bar that they are closed. I am not sure what kind of hospitality training they have been to but if you close at 8pm, your open light is on and the door is not locked, I guess this is not a place that really appreciate their customers. It is a shame because I was so excited about finding it.

I’ve had takeout here countless times but this was my first time dining in. The food was amazing per usual and the service was well maintained despite it being a full house with only one server. The guy working was very kind and checked on us a good amount of times despite him having to serve all the tables. I recommend the chicken pho and the fried rice! Chef’s kiss.
