We love East of Chicago on Wednesdays. They have delicious wings on the pizza buffet. They have a small but good salad bar included. If you don’t want to get the buffet you can order off the menu.

We used to love coming here for the buffet but had a terrible experience and will no longer be customers. First, the buffet price was randomly increased by a lot with no notice of the change anywhere. Second, the drinks are now no longer included in the buffet which they used to be and we were not informed of this change, either.
We waited 45 minutes for fresh pizza and food to be brought out while what was on the buffet line was all old, cold, and frankly gross.
We were given a bill from our server for $60 for 4 buffets. When we took the slip to the counter to pay, we were asked out drinks and informed they were not included in the buffet anymore, that the buffet’s price was increased recently, and that our $60 bill was now $75. An absurdly high price not only in comparison to what it was just a couple of weeks ago, but absurd given the service and misleading bill.
We will not be returning and unfortunately took our cash tip off the table because of the misleading practices.

Honestly shocked at the low rating that this place has. I have had delivery from here multiple times over the past few years and have never had an issue.

My order this evening was sad. So sad. Such a sad little pizza. Barely enough toppings and cheese to cover even half of it. I was understanding when it took over an hour, it was dinner time and I'm sure they were busy. But oh my, maybe next time try to not just toss a handful of toppings in the middle and call it done?

The pizza is good, I ordered a half pepperoni full chicken and the pepperoni was on the whole pizza under the sauce, and the chicken was on 3 slices. I was compensated though after I called back, good customer service

I will say my experience with this establishment hasn't always been positive, however tonight changed my mind. I ordered a pizza online. When I arrive a wee bit early, I heard the manager or team lead say "Hey, you guys are awesome - we sold over $4,700 in pizza tonight" I witnessed the young man cooking be SO EXCITED. I fell in love with a place that has employees who really care and want to do their best. By the way, our pizza was delicious.
