Food was horrible. We got a French sandwich and the gravy tasted and looked like it was from the Grease trap absolutely HORRIBLE! We also got a pretzel appetizer and the cheese tasted like water no flavor. Asked to speak to the manager about the food and apparently, the manager is also the owner, but also the chef and would not come out to look at the food that he served his customers.
ate there last week, took forever and my food was burnt when it finally got to the table. i sent it back and left hungry. waitress said the cook has been a problem all morning.
My wife and I stopped in last Saturday, it was our first and last time there. After standing for ten minutes without anyone coming to seat us we seated ourselves. Eventually a waitress came and brought us menus and drinks. We ordered wings as an appetizer they were mediocre but the best thing we ate there. Muddy's is a restaurant that serves amazing food, with dishes like the bacon burger, the Rachel, and the butcher bison burger receiving high praise. The menu is huge and diverse, focusing on burgers, with many choices that look good. The fries are perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere is nice, described as Chipotle industrial, with a large open space that is suitable for kids, although it lacks a changing station. The staff is kind and friendly, and while the service can be slow due to understaffing, many find it to be pretty good. Some customers have noted a wait of up to 1.5 hours for food, which can be disappointing, but others have enjoyed the quick service. Despite minor issues with decor and food texture, such as the brisket being a little dry, the food is well worth a visit. Muddy's is a gem for the town, especially for those who enjoy unique and interesting meals, burgers, and a nice beer selection. It’s a great spot for a meal, with great outside dining, although some find the pricing a bit high for bar food, with sides costing extra. The area is lucky to have this place, and if visitors are ever back in town, they will likely want to try something else on the menu.
