Very sweet girl was working by herself and she was doing the best she could. She was very friendly and kind. We saw another worker walking around and even though there was a line never offered to get behind the counter and help. We go to pay and we had a coupon and the coupon wouldn't work so the girl went to get her manager and found out the woman walking around was the manager and she was doing inventory. I totally understand and respect needing to do inventory but what was most frustrating was that she couldn't take a few minutes to come out front to help figure out why the coupon wouldn't work. Wow . . . What pathetic customer service!! The girl apologized that she couldn't do anything because her manager was doing inventory. It's not about us saving money with the coupon, because we didn't complain about that, we paid full price, it was more about how disappointing it was that the manager couldn't take a few minutes to come help this worker. 😕

I will never go to this location again in my life. I have terrible anxiety and the lady who did my order gave me no opportunities to order anything except for my sub so when I asked for a dipper, she got pissed and I heard her complaining to herself as she made it, and was slamming the doors to appliances, truly ruined this place for me.

Food is normally good here. I placed a online order. She did exactly opposite of the order. Instead of light sauce she coated it with so much sause it was nasty. It was barly warm I had to heat it up. Asked for xtra topping, she put the minimum.

Worst sub I've ever had from here.im Very disappointed paying 25$ for meal that was trash was not what I was expecting..

I ordered a footlong meatball sub.and got the meal deal. The order was to go. Started eating the sub and two of the meatballs were burnt on 1/2 of each of the meatballs. I’ve been going to Subway for a long time. I’ve always had good sandwiches (except for them cutting back on the number of meatballs recently).
The sandwich artist had to notice the burnt meatballs. So unnecessary!
I do not recommend this Subway store.
