We booked TJ's to cater for our wedding and we were absolutely blown away! Their customer service is beyond stellar and their service was outstanding. We had our guests choose between the Lemon Basil Chicken and Manicotti and multiple guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! We called a couple of days ahead for a party of 20. We were in Wooster for a two-day conference. The guy on the phone was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived and we automatically liked the atmosphere. They gave us our own room without us having to ask. The table was set up and as soon as we sat down the servers arrived and took our orders. Seven of us were visiting from WV to OLO in Wooster. We had reservations for 6 people but had 7 and they accommodated us nicely on the patio. Did they order the perfect weather and breeze just for us? Cauliflower wings, buffalo chicken salad, tortellini, salmon and watermelon salad were all delish. Our server was very patient with us and met our needs. Does the city of Wooster require all restaurant staff to take “service with a smile” classes? Thanks!
