“My friend Grant and I stopped by on our way to Youngstown in early July 2023. The hot chocolate was amazing and you can even play vinyl records on their record player. Also some phenomenal food choices from their deli and their shop is fantastic.“

We had our guests choose between the Lemon Basil Chicken and Manicotti and multiple guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! Rachel went above and beyond to help make sure our day went smoothly and that my husband and I were taken care of at all times! Their staff was so kind. “Olivia was delightful! VERY attentive and sweet. I ordered a steak salad with the steak medium. It came out and she immediately apologized for it being overdone, which I didn’t actually feel it was, but she said they were redoing it and it would be right out. I said not to worry about it, and she said it was no trouble. She filled our drinks without prompting and was fun and such a kind spirit. We don’t live close by, but if we are ever in the area again, we will most certainly return. Delicious food and amazing desserts!“

“The menu at Panera Bread feels like an actual chore to navigate.
Pick and pairs and with limits on what you can and can't get in half or ..together...it's absurd! Please redo the menu.
It was a less than pleasant experience and so expensive. But then, the food is good so I'm sure I'll try again in 6 months.“
