The screens are removing human labor element... i frequently eat the food in many locations ... it iswhat us expected from their menu
This specific location for Panera is excellent. They have abundant seating, booths and tables, and an efficient and friendly staff.
This location is well managed, and orders are generally very accurate and timely.

They need a better service plan for when they get orders so that bagels and desserts get to you before food.

Panera Bread is a popular place to eat with a decent size line during lunchtime. They have added kiosks to place orders quickly. The food is always good and served within ten minutes. However, there have been instances of inaccurate orders and slow service during Rapid Pick-up. Despite this, the manager showed care by offering to accommodate a special request for a child with allergies without being asked. It's a place where they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even though there are occasional hiccups in the service.
