Always loved this BK location. I went in today with my girl and her mother and a man named Kaiser Thomas took our order. They were super busy with drive thru orders and the gentleman took my groups order quickly, without rushing us and even joked with us here and there. A hard skill to maintain in the food service world. Also after we sat down to eat I heard him announce to the very busy crew to keep up the good work and that they were awesome. Came through and ordered, got to the window and the old guy working just stood there holding my drink staring at me, after an odd 10 seconds he says "waiting on you". Waiting on me for what? You need to hand my drink out the window... not sure what the deal was with his little hateful self. But then he manages to slam the window and storms off to grab my food.
