“I love going to this one because it's local and I usually don't have an issue at this location. However, the last trip I made earlier tonight was not so good. They refused to make the pretzel I wanted even though there was still about a half hour until closing, and then when I asked for one they already made, they gave me the wrong one. Next time I think I'll go during the day time when the supervisor is still working.“

“I came in about noon the other day and it seems like it was a complete disaster everywhere. Nobody really had time to talk to me things there seem to be in a complete disarray couple days later I came in at the night around maybe seven the young man, Kevin, who’s always our server usually when we come in for dinner he’s very polite. He always explains my options. Their sales I love when he serves us and I think that I’ll just prefer to come in for the dinner most likely from now on. Because WOW what a difference , Kevin really makes that place feel welcoming and clean!“

“That service went informed of my food necessities and digestive disabilities they accommodated and ensured that I would be able to eat my preferred sandwich and toppings even with a different meat than allowed. I didn't feel pressured rushed or like a bird in the entire time and the service and staff were excellent“

“Haven’t been inside since the remodel yet I appreciate how swift they are! If you don’t mind parking your car to order on a screen, this is the best alternative over the drive through, even with its double lane!
Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, a large fry, and an 8 piece nugget. Expected the same outcome from the food which I’ve always enjoyed! Staff was nice when I interacted with them and the service was more than smooth! Great job Wooster BK Team!“

“I have been going to this papa John's since I was a child. Its always been good food but the young lady Lasheika that works there is amazing. She keeps that place running smoothly and her customer service is out of this world. Always polite and respectful. There is no way that if I owned a business and had Lasheika working for me she wouldnt be the person in charge. With leadership skills the way she has not much else to worry about or say. Cuz she is gonna get the job done and done right. Why isnt this women the GM already. Ur slipping Papa John's!“

Even when the drive through line gets longer, the people here work insanely fast, and move through orders faster than any place I've been to. Every time I come through, I want to tip the people working because I'm convinced that they're going above and beyond.“

“My family showed up like 10 mins before they closed..Yes..we were those people..I did feel bad but we had been moving all day and we were just exhausted and they were on the way home. The 2 younger girls didn't look happy to see us..lol..but still were very nice and polite. We did dine in so they just kinda cleaned around us.. which was fine with us..we were just happy to be eating. We will definitely be back.

“This location in Wooster rekindled my long unrequited love for Chipotle from my college years. Big beautiful blue eyes assembled the perfect burrito bowl. I almost didn’t want to eat it in fear of ruining perfection. My one regret is leaving my phone in the car, leaving me unable to capture how beautifully picturesque this moment in time was. Friendly service.“

“Five Guys in Wooster is a great experience! From walking in, to the final bite, I couldn’t recommend it enough! The price is high for your fast food options but it doesn’t have drive through so I wouldn’t consider it fast food! Haha! The menu is simple, the people are more than friendly, and the cleanliness is top tier!
I got a double bacon cheese burger with a little French fry (I love that they always put more in the bag, GREAT business move) and I’m always satisfied with my meal!
Great job team! Shoutout to Jackson for always serving with a smile and inviting light and pleasant conversations 😊 (milkshakes never disappoints either!)“
