I haven’t ordered from BWW for awhile and thought I would give them a shot. I ordered chicken tenders with a side salad and drink. When I opened the tenders the sauce was spilled all over, no dressing for my salad, and nothing to eat it with. They were not busy. When I called to speak to a manager about the situation, I was told that they were busy on a call and I would have to call back. I stopped in today to get something to eat and drink. Seven tables open in the bar area and I had to wait five minutes for a table to be cleared and the hostess had the personality of a rock. After I was seated I waited over ten minutes, closer to 15 and never once did a server come ask what I would like to drink. I walked out afterwards and let a female server know that I was leaving.
