No steak
Went there about an hour before close on a Saturday. Very great customer service, I just always seem to have issues with my quesadillas at this location. Cheese is never fully melted, I have to come home and melt it everytime.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wooster offers hot, delicious food. The staff is friendly, especially Drew, who provides excellent service. However, some customers experienced issues with salty and watery rice. The service is usually excellent, but some portions can be very minimal and shy, with very little meat or rice. Some bowls are very different, and they often run out of salad dressing. Stale chips and difficulties contacting the store are also noted. Despite occasional cleanliness problems, this location is a must-visit for quality Mexican cuisine.
