This is my go to subway in Wooster for lunch. I’m here probably twice a week. Everyone is always working hard and my food comes out perfect every time. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience between the courteous staff, fresh bread, veggies and meats. Keep up the great work!!!!

The young lady on the speaker was so nice and polite got around to the window. She gave me a smile again she was very nice and polite. This is the only subway I will go to in Wooster to do my Protein bowl I’ll go at least once a week and I will continue to go there You guys do a good job

Ive had this happen multiple times where im shorted on every item i ask for. I ask for more and they maybe put 2 more shreds of lettuce on and 2 more peppers. Many employees seem to not want to be there and have no care in the world.
This was my sub and I had maybe 10 shreds of onion, only 4 pieces of bacon for a footlong blt and when I asked they said well you can get more but it'll be extra.
Needless to say I'll probably not be giving this place business anymore.

McDonald’s cheeseburger comes with more meat. Then they don’t give you enough veggies either. That was a terrible $12 “sub”. It was really $12 toast. July 28th 2025 @ 8:30pm. Place was dead and they still half-assed my food. I understand why no one goes here. Walmarts subway is 100x better.

This particular subway is absolutely perfect. The lady behind the counter was friendly and prompt. Everything was clean and bright. The food was very fresh.
We placed a rather large online order for pickup, four subs and a foot long cookie, and it’s awful. And actually, our footlong cookie wasn’t in our bag when we got home! The bag was sealed and I was assured it was correct. The bread for all four sandwiches is practically stale, hard to chew and far from fresh. We should’ve ordered from the Walmart location, but this was on our route home. Absolutely terrible!

I have mobility issues so this subway having a drive thru was a lifesaver. because of prices i normally only went when i had coupons. I received some coupons in the mail last week and went today to use one, imagine my surprise to find out that as of yesterday they no longer accept paper coupons.

I have ordered from this location around 8 -10 times over the last few months. I sometimes order the Meal of the Day. But I often order the Chicken Bacon Ranch Elite. Sometimes I had ordered the chicken with avacodo & bacon when they had it on the menu. This location has repeatedly provided great food from kind, courteous, and professional workers.
