First time I went through a subway drive thru. It was a little difficult remembering what all they have to put on a sub, but I must say the lady we had at the window was wonderful and helpful. Been a long time since I experienced someone who really enjoyed their job. Also, it seemed like everything was very fresh. Next time I crave subway I will definitely head over to this one.

They close at 10PM as stated on Google and their doors, staff were there, but doors locked. If they close at 9PM they should update their hours.

Ordered online to speed up during lunch. They had only 3 people working and lot of orders. Felt bad for the people working there. They were trying to be as quick as possible. Good was made correctly as per the order. Thanks for making it right even with the number of online orders. They did not have time to clean as everyone was busy with customers

Vegetarian options: Veggie sub.. will not fill you as they don’t have any protein for vegetarians

I will NOT be going back to this store or any subway for that matter!!! I got a foot long dipper which is supposed to be 3.99$ and a large ice water. but the bill was 7.00$ because they charged 3.19$ me for the damn water. screw subway!!! who the hell charges for water anyway??? you lost my business Subway!!!

Every time I order food here it takes forever. Ordered online today and pick up time was 4:40 I get here to pick up exactly at 4:40 and there’s 3 workers just standing around doing absolutely nothing while another is outside sitting in the grass. Then they proceeded to tell me they will get my order going here soon just give them about 15 -20 minutes. Just unbelievable

When I stopped in to get a sandwich, Dina was behind the counter. She was very polite and very, very busy. Even with as busy as she was. She did her job with a smile. She apologized for the time it was taking and she did a fantastic job. She helped people in person and worked on the online orders. The drive thru was also very busy. I appreciate what a great and kind job she did.

The lady that was working the shift didn't listen to a single word we said after she asked us what we wanted, asked what vegetables we wanted, only said spinach then proceeded to put tomatoes on as well. She then almost put the same sauce on both sandwiches without asking. Made a torrential downpour of sauce on one of the sandwiches and didn't even close it before wrapping it. And to mention, most of th3 vegetables were going bad, on the verge of molding and probably would've served them to us if we didn't see them

Workers are clueless. Walked in and had to shout “is anyone working”. Took 29 minutes for 3 subs to be made because kid said he was “new” thats great, but someone else couldve helped him along. If you want to be in and out quickly better go elsewhere

I had went to subway 18493 store at 2958 Cleveland Rd and ordered a footlong monster sub and it was not the sub I ordered I’m very disappointed
