One of the men who make the pizza has a very nasty attitude. I was waiting a very long time for my order and was very patient but he came up and immediately got an attitude with me about my wait and walked away.

Stopped in to meet some friends. The service was awesome The pizza was good The wings were good (for baked, not crunchy) We enjoyed our drinks. What gives this place the advantage was their happy hour prices - I was very appreciative.

Literally- AMAZING!!For my husband‘s birthday, I made a little mini pizza tour of New York style pizza shops here in Columbus. He’s from upstate New York, and pizza just isn’t the same around here… Until we found this gem. Incredible food, amazing staff & we cannot wait to come back! You have to try the cannoli it’s Scrumptious and the pizza is just about as close to New York as you can get without being there!!Everything we tried was amazing.And to top the experience off when the staff heard of what we were doing, they even brought out something additional for us to samples just so we could get a good taste of quality pizza. That’s what local shops are all about and we just loved it.!!!!

This is not a place you would want to go to while Brent ("Gm") is working. There's no one in the place, yet our party of 12 was "too loud". I feel bad for the local high school kids that work here, but I will never ever return to Borgata. The management is horrific and they dont appreciate their customers. There's a reason you can get right into Borgata while having to wait 40-60 minutes for any other restaurant around Linworth. It's because their customer service is Gawd AwFul! Thanks, Brent for eliminating a restaurant option from when my wife and I debate where to eat. You're horrible and don't deserve the business.

I almost never leave reviews, but this is truly becoming unrealistic how bad their take out service has become. I would like to start by saying the food is almost always excellent and it is one of my favorite pizzas in columbus. This is now the third time where I have ordered over the phone been told 50-55 minutes wait time, and consequently it becomes a wait of double that. I’m not sure if they don’t understand how much food they can make but it clearly downs not fit demand properly. When the Parkville restaurant was open I maybe waited 10-20 minutes max over my estimated time. I truly hope you figure out your situation or maybe you only care about the money for the new restaurant, but this will certainly be my last time ordering until it is fixed.For all those curious to try the food is great but I implore you to not even attempt during standard dinner hours unless you have multiple hours to kill.
