I'm just visiting and I need to say, this is actually a very cute place and the girl working today was very sweet and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about service here at all. I ordered a gingerbread chai with oat milk. After leaving and taking 2 sips, I can only describe the taste of my drink as what you would imagine is the taste of a Christmas candle or one of those scented decor broom things. It actually turned my stomach to drink it. I went back and she was so kind and remade an eggnog chai as I thought the gingerbread syrup was the culprit. I took one sip and told her it was great. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was off too and seem like a needy customer. After I left I could only stomach about 3 or 4 more sips. It tasted equally as "Christmas candle" as the last drink. It must be the type of chai they have. Just thought I'd at least leave this review for anyone curious about the chai or to let the owner know that they should maybe get a new type. If I ever go back, it would be for a different drink and because the service was great. Should have just went with the matcha I guess.

The employee was very nice employee, and the teas were pretty good. They were prepared diligently and were very original. The interior design could use some improvement, but the teas compensate, since they tasted great.

Pretty disappointing experience. I showed up with my wife and kids to get boba tonight after dinner. We walked up at 6:25pm and the door was locked. The sign on the door (and on Google) said they were open until 7:00pm, but the worker inside also said they were closed. When we mentioned that the sign said they should be open, she let us in and said we could order (although she was clearly annoyed).After we had ordered and paid, we waited for our drinks. After a few minutes we were told they didn't have boba because they closed early. What's funny is that she said this while she was drinking tea in front of us....with boba.She recommended jellies instead - which we didn't want and they didn't taste good - but we tried them since we had already paid for everything.Anyways, it felt like a waste of money and was just bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

It was ok. The milk tea tasted "off" and lukewarm. I love milk tea with boba so this version was not my favorite. I would not drink there again, though the staff was cheery and friendly.

We order pretty regularly as we love their selection and they are pretty consistent. Would definitely recommend Insider tip: Order online with the app (Clover) and then pick up. Otherwise you might be waiting a long time for your bubble tea sometimes (10/15 min).
This is my preferred bubbles location. I've been in several times as it is a quick and easy stop. The employees have always been kind to me, and I have only had one less than satisfactory beverage here and there wasn't a manager in at the time to issue a refund after they had ran out of boba and I ordered extra. I simply brought this up on my next visit and it seemed like two managers tag teamed correcting the mistake. One of them immediately opened their laptop, pulled up my order, and issued a refund. The other kindly took care of my next drink for free. Awesome customer service, great couple of managers, will be returning as always!

The location of this store is located inside another space. The evening I went was almost closing time. I thought the young girl that waited on me was really nice. I had a BOGO coupon so of course I had to try Two drinks. I chose the Tropical Temptation smoothie and Passion Fruit Bubble Tea. I thought both were really good, even though they are a bit pricey. The sell Bubble Tea making kits which I is a great gift idea. I look forward to trying other combinations on my next visit.

I stopped in for Boba and it was OK. The tea was VERY green, like fake green, and was almost syrupy. They didn't offer a sweet option. The flavor was fruity, but not tea like, more like a popsicle with squishy Boba. It was not my favorite.
