Since when is a reservation required? We were turned away after driving 30+mins to eat at this location, I didn't make a reservation due to traffic but when we got there we was treated less than great. We've been to multiple locations and this was this worst! But I went to make a reservation online and it was available for our time. So tell me how that's possible but wouldn't take us as a walk in. Very poor management and staff.

The waiter was very slow to acknowledge our arrival. It took way to long for him to bring our drinks. We had to keep reminding him of what we ordered so our meal came out in parts. The food was hot thank goodness. Good that store is closing.

This restaurant captures a very unique atmosphere that is hard to replicate yet easy to recognize. It truly is a place to go if you want that "it factor". The service is immaculate and the lady we saw the most during the night, Tara, even obliged me by giving me one of their fun ties with a tomato design on it. 10/10 would dine in again.

Food was good. Service could have been a bit better. We were celebrating and ordered two bottles of Prosecco. They were brought to the table and left unopened by our server. Is that typical? She never checked on us again after we got our food. We were there for lunch on a Saturday. The broccoli was a bit too spicy for some in our group but envy thing else was good.
Food was delicious, I just wish entrees were actually hot in temperature. It appears the serving dish is placed on top of a clean hot plate as a “warmer” but the entree itself is not actually all that hot. Waitstaff was amazing Food a bit pricey for type of food

Seated at reservation time by friendly courteous staff, served by friendly and attentive staff, along with a broad selection of delicious food. It made for an enjoyable evening celebrating my son's birthday along with my three grandsons.

I’ve only recently started dining here and I love it. Recent news that it may not be here long is saddening and I will do my best to be here as much as possible until then. Sam runs a great restaurant that is welcoming and comfortable. The waitstaff are cheerful and make you feel like family. Jessie from my last visit, is attentive and familial. It would be a shame to see this place go and would be missed dearly.

Buca continues to be an amazing restaurant with great food and great service!! Jessie, Sam and Marissa are just some of the great staff at Buca and made our night out to dinner so enjoyable.
