This girl same one who pulled out a bad banana, the peel was black look at us to see if we were looking and was about to cut and put it in there until someone said something! So gross and to top it off the whole entire time she was making the blizzard no gloves. GROSS GROSS no good customer service at this place whatsoever ever! I can’t no believe she was about to put a nasty banana on our icecream

I was charged $3.99 for a SMALL chocolate soft service without a cone. I have never paid this much for this item at any other DQ location, absolutely overpriced - go to a different location.
Cashier was also very rude and refused to acknowledge me.

This location is usually good but went there recently to order tenders and they were not fresh very dry like they had them sitting for a long time. I know now to check the box before I pull off from there.
Absolute trash! Got chicken strips and cheese curds. And they shoved them all in one box. Squishing the hell out of it breaking the containers of sauce. Do you think I want your nasty grubby ramekin cups all over my food? And no, it wasn't extremely busy or at a peak time.

Gave me a melted blizzard when I ordered it just now in the drive through. Also gave it without a lid and as a woman that isn’t okay. Had to put it in the freezer. Not a quality location. Clearly they gave me something that was previously made that someone didn’t want.

Showed up and the drive thru was super busy . I thought I could go inside order my blizzards and be out faster. Not so. Even though it says they close at 10, doors were locked. At 820. There were 2 others that had apparently phoned in orders and they were also turned away. Apparently they were short staffed, so made the decision to turn away business.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen today. When I arrived at the drive-thru to place my order, I was met with silence at the intercom. After saying "hello," the response I received was a curt "Go ahead with your order."As I was placing my order, the employee's voice became very low, so I politely asked him to speak up. To my shock, he yelled at me in response. When I reached the window, my order was not ready, and I was informed that the employee had instructed the staff not to make my order, which was even noted on the receipt.This behavior was incredibly hurtful and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
