Last week I went inside to get a cone. There were only 2 workers behind the counter. I stood at the front for 8 minutes. They looked over and saw me there. Another lady got in line. The two works never said a word to us. Just kept on doing what they were doing. After 10 minutes I walked out.I went thru the drive thru on April 17. When I got to the window there was zero customer service. No hello. No would you like a napkin? No thank you after I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a tiny cone HALF dipped in birthday cake dip. The new ownership is HORRIBLE. Even though I could walk to Park Rd, I’ll drive to Ron Overstreet’s DQ in High St from now on.

On March 28 I went and ordered early dinner for me and my family. I’m a real bad diabetic and I got the chicken strip basket. Once I got home, mind you I had two service dogs I had to get out of the car and take inside. Is I sat down to eat the chili dog and the ketchup on it did not look like ketchup. I wasn’t necessarily don’t stress about that. I could just give it to my husband to eat. The main thing I wanted was my chicken strip basket it was missing the two ranches that comes with it and I went ahead and fed my dogs first, and proceeded back to Dairy Queen Do you get my order, correct. The employee that took my order their names on the receipt, Dhruv. I went back up there to get my order correct. The same employee was still at the drive-through, and I told him that they had forgotten my two ranches from my basket. The one that comes with the basket and the one they charge extra for, I Indicated I wanted a new basket made that one is cold and not very good now. The employee absolutely refused, because I waited 30 minutes to come back up here. It shouldn’t have to be remade because it’s cold. I’m a very bad diabetic about my time that I should be eating but yet he wants to argue with me. There was no food touched from that basket. I told him I wanted a refund then I mean in this hard economic times right now. Dairy Queen is not actually the cheapest way to go. It they got my order right to begin with. I would be eating it and not up here. So he outright refused to remake the basket, so I got a refund for my order. Rather than keep a loyal customer because you can’t make a fresh honey, barbecue chicken basket you just lost a customer. Nothing is more nasty than reheating fries in the microwave. He treated me horribly I explained to severe diabetic food is important. No, he didn’t care. I live about eight minutes away from Dairy Queen in this is rush-hour that I went so dry time took about 15 or 20 minutes and because I waited 30 minutes to come back up there. He said they shouldn’t have to re-make it because of that.

Yummy, what more can I say. I had a blizzard. My son ordered cheese curds and did have to wait an extremely long time.

They sold us ice cream at 825 pm. We got it at 835. At 836 they came to the table and told us "we are trying to close at 9pm" and started sweeping dust all over the place. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Place is a joke!We have supported this Dairy Queen for years. Yesterday was our last visit to this particular Dairy Queen for several reasons. In the last year or so, since new ownership has taken over there has been nothing but an overall decline. The prices have significantly increased, but the quality has decreased. If they matched, there might be less of a concern. The last few times we have visited this Dairy Queen the ice cream did not taste the same nor was the appearance of the restaurant desirable. One of the times we ordered a cone for our son, the worker (who was a grown ADULT) accidentally placed it in a cup. When I told him it was incorrect he attempted to hand me a cone with the cup of ice cream and suggested we could “scoop the ice cream into it”. ???? Clearly we declined and requested a remake.Yesterday we ordered a small ice cream cone with sprinkles and it cost $2.99. The amount of ice cream on cone was 3 inches high and sprinkles that did not even cover the ice cream. When the worker handed me the cone, I looked at it and said “really; This is 2.99”The worker responded with, “I know they are really strict and make us weigh the food/ice cream; often times I am embarrassed to hand people, their ice cream with the amount of money they are paying”.Speaks volumes when an employee realizes the poor quality. Finally the outside of the restaurant is unkept. Trash and food in bushes by drive thru; missing pieces of over hang in drive thru. In my opinion, if the restaurant appearance is poor…likely the kitchen cleanliness matches. It’s a bummer the new ownership has done this.

Everything I have ever had from there is good, but over $7 for a Blizzard is chilling to me, not sure that I will be back anytime soon, prices are crazy people and the sizes have shrunk to boot.Parking: Lot and surrounding access road needs repairs.

Called this location on 3/23/23 around 12:30pm, to place an order ahead for myself and 2 coworkers, for one of my coworkers to pick up. A man answered the phone and I could not understand what he said, but I said I wanted to place an order to be picked up. The man said \"do you know where you're calling\"? Thinking maybe I'd called the wrong #, I said \"I'm sorry what is this location\"? He said \"the park rd Dairy Queen\". I said \"well then yes I know where I called and want to call ahead an order for one of my coworkers to pick up\". The man said \"we don't do that here, I have no way to do that. You have to use the app\". I said \"I don't want to use the app, just calling ahead an order. I said \"I guess I'll go somewhere else\". He said \"ok\". When you click on order for this location, calling the restaurant is a choice, along with the other delivery services. Seems like maybe more training needs to be done, but on this particular day, Taco Bell got our money instead of DQ.

only did a drive-thru! best drive thru experience for me and my son. Ro did a great job in accommodating customer needs being patient while we are deciding to order new items to try out. Love to go back there only because their service is 100% better than other DQs that we have used.

Stopped by here tonight and with only two people working they got people through the deceive through very quickly. My fries were hot and my burger was good. The Wendy’s and Taco Bell in the same shopping center could learn a lot from the two guys working here. Great job!
