Donatos Pizza

This is by far the worst Donatos that you can ever go to. They always get your food wrong and when you ask them to correct it, they get an attitude and act like it’s an inconvenience. They don’t credit your order or give you a discount for making you wait an extra 10-15 minutes while they remake your food.

I guess it’s kinda my fault for returning back after several failed attempts on trying to get it right. The only reason I came back is because they were right across the street from us, but never again.

They always have nothing but children at the front desk with no customer service skills. Tonight I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, lightly baked and subs lightly baked with no veggies or lettuce. It’s constantly burnt, and the child working the front register refused to fix the order stating she never got it wrong.

I will no longer go to this Donatos and if I could give a -5 rating I would. TRASH SERVICE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

So service was good (pickup orders) but the last few pizzas ive gotten from there were either cold or a bit overcooked and lacking usual toppings.

Have been coming to this donatos for 25 years. I placed an 80$ order online and went to pick up. Explained I had made a mistake by leaving 11$ tip could they take that off my charge. No they could not. Could they void the transaction and rering it. NO. The "manager" was beyond rude and offered no solution. When I dared questioned her further, she ordered me from the store and threatened to call the police. I am not a rude person ,my 8 year old great nephew was with me and getting upset. I then ask for a receipt or note saying I would be refunded on my card. No she said. So I left, my nephew in tears.. no money back and no pizza. I didn't raise my voice once, that's not who I am. This woman has serious issues and corporate will have to deal with my sister. God help them lol............update, Donatos has made this Right and responded correctly and quickly

We stopped going there because a simple order of large triple cheese double pepperoni and sausage was something they could just not get right. They did it once, so we knew they were capable but every other time they failed. Even bringing me an artisan pizza at one point. I got tired of asking them to make it again, wait 45 minutes and it still wasn't right. The last straw was the manager (female but I don't remember her name) telling me that I ordered something that I knew I didn't. She seemed pissed. Like she was trying to use some type of Jedi mind trick on me. Now our Friday night pizza order is filled elsewhere!

Donatos used to be all-around great despite the high cost, but it's been on a downward trend since the purchase by McD's. The food is still decent, but the high cost coupled with the recent switch to international telephone ordering (assumed attempt to push the dilapidated online/app ordering system) has majorly pushed my preference towards locally-owned and operated shops.

Worst pizza in ages. Very few pepperoni. Little cheese, way too much sauce. Spit it out. Wrong dipping sauce. Kroger brand frozen better. Done.

Wow... what to say? Avoid this one. Front guy was high as a kite and kept wandering back and forth btwn the front and back saying how behind they were. 2 girls hustling their backsides off in the back. My order for 2 pizzas submitted online hit the window and sat there for 20min as he read different names off the same ticket until he got to me. My friends, who ordered in the store 20min after I ordered online got their order 1st, followed by me 20min later, an hour after we placed our order.

I clearly showed the manager my online order and pulled my bank account up to prove to her I paid for my pizza. I basically have never had anyone imply that I tried to steal a pizza from them before. She was not going to give me my pizza.

Staff truly stepped up and corrected the doordash driver and completed honoring the brand name and refreshed the order and delivered it as a team. Doordash driver only delivered the soda on a 30 tab lol . Just call the manager line peeps.
