Not eatable pizza was burnt they want me to bring it back up there for them to remake the pizza. I have no way of taking it back up there. That’s why I ordered delivery. I’m not going to order from them again for a long long long time .

I have ordered pizza and Big Don sub at this location. Neither tasted like Donatos quality. Pizza toppings, cheese, sauce and crust did not taste fresh. Sub ham, lettuce, tomato and bun did not taste fresh. Now I drive to other locations to pick up food.

This place has went straight down hill. I had raw food on my sub. Bread sticks were over cooked. Can’t order via phone. The automated phone service keeps saying it can’t understand you.

We have went to this Donatos for years and over the last year we have had let down after let down. It has been so bad that we have had to order well baked every time so that it is cooked fully. We won’t be coming back to this location and we recommend you also try out a different location.

This location is by far the worst with employees and how they treat their customers. Yesterday I walked in to pick up my food and the girl at the counter just stared at me… didn’t greet me or ask “how may I help you?” So I then ask for a manager because the people at the front have no sense of customer service (this is not the only time this has happened.) the manager comes up and I tell her the issue, instead of apologizing and correcting it she blames this generation of kids on why they act like this. Making it seem like she doesn’t really care to properly train people on how to provide good customer service. The laziness and lack of concern really bothers me, it shouldn’t matter how young or old the employee is everyone hired on gets the same training. As a former manager of restaurants myself I am really disappointed with how people working food service lack common decency to want to work hard or make a good impression.

Another problem on my visit I asked for plates and napkins for my meal. Ordering a large pizza and two subs the girl hands me 3 plates and two napkins, it’s not a small order but really 2 napkins for the whole meal to be shared? I was then given attitude because I asked for more because the amount she gave me was not enough. Again, this location gives me a headache with how I am treated everytime I come in here. I hope my complaint seeks the right attention to make some changes. What happened to customer service and why is it not prioritized in restaurants anymore?

Ordered and 2 hours later no food order found and whoever took our order was some rude girl. Once again we have no food.
Dont order here you wint get it .By far the worst customer service and worst Donatos.

Tried the Pizza for the 1st time in 15 years. 7 inch half Serious Cheese Half Pep Extra Sauce on all. I don't care to pay for extra sauce, but I don't like pizza without extra sauce. I also don't like pizza that is overcooked.

Terrible service, pizza wasn’t even put into the oven until after we arrived at the time for pickup.

Edit: I spoke with the general manager and he was wonderful. Very appreciative of the customer service from him, food service can be hard. Hoping my next visit will be better

I ordered a serious cheese pizza, and the pizza is not edge to edge cheese. The workers was super high. People going in the kitchen that did not look like workers. I should have know this was going to be a bad experience.
