Check your order before you leave the window or orders are typically not correct and it’s a must to check them. It’s almost worth going inside versus ordering through the carryout at this location. They had us pull up and then completely ignored us even the manager discussed at the window, then completely ignored us until we went in to correct the order.

Haven’t had decaf in over 3 months. When I ask for decaf, and they don’t have it, they just give me regular without even telling me. Hours are extremely irregular, and workers are impolite. It takes forever to get one drink. Overall the drinks are delicious, but the service is horrible.

Most of the time when you come here in the afternoon noon or early evening, they will not sell half the menu. They will say the are not doing basken Robbin’s drinks. Or anything with ice cream. They pick and choose what they want to actually make for you. This happens at least twice a week when I go there. I have since stopped going. If I can’t get what I want that’s on the menu I just quit going.

Every time I go in here they are never busy, yet it takes FOREVER to get my order. Staff is always on their phones, and not very pleasant. It’s like they’re upset you interrupted their scrolling on social media. I feel like a burden every time I go. Today was my last visit. Do better! You see all these crappy reviews.

After confirming my order twice, I was served beige milk instead of a mocha. Thanks Dunkin.

Went to the drive thru and the shift leader was working the drive thru. She was very rude. She had a very nasty tone. I ended up calling the store with no resolution. I am going to email corporate. They always mess up my drink orders anyway. I will be sticking to local coffee shops.

The Employees need more training in customer service. Rude and clearly they hate their job! The sausage egg and cheese crescent was decent, the hash browns taste like chemicals. Now I remember why I go to Tim’s or Starbucks!

They will make you wait at the speaker for ten plus minutes on a Sunday at 2pm with nobody ahead of you .Terrible service.

This is genuinely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. As soon as they opened up their drive through window it reeked of weed and my whole order just smelled like weed and they thought that was okay. Gross, never again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Staff tried giving me coffee that they gave to customer in front of me in drive thru after it had been in their car for 2 minutes. I also paid for bottled water and they gave me water in a cup! When I didn’t accept the order they refused to refund my money. I have been in contact with customer service for over 2 weeks now trying to get my $10.86 refunded!!! I refuse to go to any Dunkin until it’s refunded. It’s not about the $$ it’s the lack of respect for their customers. I’m very disappointed in the company.

Food safety needs to be taken more seriously here.
I have several gastric issues including gastroparesis, so I use non-dairy substitutes and I can usually get by fine, that is assuming my requests are respected. I bought a drink today and requested oat milk, I didn’t get a chance to ask the employees about anything because they set my stuff down and walked away (and frankly, weren’t very friendly).
Immediately upon drinking it it didn’t taste right, but I ignored it at first because I was trying something new. And now 45 minutes later, my stomach is reacting as if I’d drank a bottle of milk. This has never happened before with this location and I don’t think it’s a coincidence there were two employees there I had never seen before.
If someone requests a substitute, just substitute it. If it’s for some reason unavailable, let them know. You have no idea what another person may be dealing with and why they ask for certain things. I’m lucky enough all that will happen to me is I’ll get very sick, but for some people this can be life or death.
Do better.

Great Dunkin!
It’s disappointing to see how far basic service and politeness have fallen. Leaving a primary entrance locked seems questionable from a safety and accessibility standpoint — possibly even against fire code. When a customer asks about it, having a staff member mumble “they got a front door” under their breath isn’t just unhelpful, it’s downright rude. This location gives the Dunkin brand a bad look, and I’d strongly recommend that Dunkin’s QA/QC team conduct an audit here. What a shame for such a recognizable name.
