On my way way to work in the mornings I past two Dunkin Donuts just to get to this location every day, I love this location because the ladies that works here especially morning hrs are always friendly and happy which other places you don't get to see especially morning hrs the speed is fast and makes they made me smile every time I drink my ice latte... the tall black girl at the window is always friendly and sweet

I had a great experience going there every morning my favorite plc to go🥰the girls there are always friendly especially in the morning.. and the new manager is super nice and friendly always smiling at the window whenever I go thru the drive thru..😘 and my coffee n sandwich are always fresh and made correctly..

They are ALWAYS understaffed like often only 1 person working the register and making the food. One time I went they made my drink completely wrong w no syrup and half the amount of espresso. When I went back to say there was no carmel in my carmel macchiato the girl literally rgued w me then yelled at me saying I only ordered a macchiato. Their priced keep climbing too while quality goes down. I high lk y recomend driving out of the way the Westerville one they're amazing.

It’s come to the point where I have to make a review. After multiple orders being wrong and going back for supposed corrections that ended up being just as messed up, wanted to write this to warn others of potential agony and maybe save time throughout their morning and skip this location.

Went inside to see what I actually wanted. There is an ordering kiosk however, the donuts don't match what is in the case. No one would take my order at the counter. The place was clean though.

Busy yet quick service on a weekend morning. The food could have been made a little better and croissant baked slightly less, but the speed was there as it came out quick. Got a coffee, turkey sausage egg cheese sandwich, and croissant. The stores is located in the corner with ample parking.

Just don’t waste your money going here. The worst Dunkin. After repeating my drink order 4 times they still got it wrong. The drink came like this as well not even mixed. They do not know what they are doing here. Also this is not the first time I’ve have an experience like this here.

Went and did an online order and used points and not only did it take our points but we didn't get our food so when we get there 2 the window and ask about fixing it the lady at the windows shut the window and ignored us. This location has messed our orders up more times than they have gotten right and we r done with this place. Just watch ur wallet and orders they will rip u off over and over
I always have a great experience at this dunkin donuts. Eva is wonderful, she is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. Louis is great. My coffee is always made correct and I never have to wait. I am always greeted when i walk through the door.

My only issue is that this place doesn't offer a lot of other donuts that are listed on their website. I guess it varies per location.
