It’s come to the point where I have to make a review. After multiple orders being wrong and going back for supposed corrections that ended up being just as messed up, wanted to write this to warn others of potential agony and maybe save time throughout their morning and skip this location.

Went inside to see what I actually wanted. There is an ordering kiosk however, the donuts don't match what is in the case. No one would take my order at the counter. The place was clean though.

Busy yet quick service on a weekend morning. The food could have been made a little better and croissant baked slightly less, but the speed was there as it came out quick. Got a coffee, turkey sausage egg cheese sandwich, and croissant. The stores is located in the corner with ample parking.
Parking: Plenty on parking available.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly location.

Just don’t waste your money going here. The worst Dunkin. After repeating my drink order 4 times they still got it wrong. The drink came like this as well not even mixed. They do not know what they are doing here. Also this is not the first time I’ve have an experience like this here.

Went and did an online order and used points and not only did it take our points but we didn't get our food so when we get there 2 the window and ask about fixing it the lady at the windows shut the window and ignored us. This location has messed our orders up more times than they have gotten right and we r done with this place. Just watch ur wallet and orders they will rip u off over and over

I always have a great experience at this dunkin donuts. Eva is wonderful, she is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. Louis is great. My coffee is always made correct and I never have to wait. I am always greeted when i walk through the door.
Parking: plenty of parking

Wheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp located near the entrance
Wrong Order. Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese this morning, got a bacon-egg-cheese sandwich, had to throw it out.

My only issue is that this place doesn't offer a lot of other donuts that are listed on their website. I guess it varies per location.

I live out in the country, so DD is a treat for me. I go out of my way to get my iced tea if I leave my town!!! I love the staff. The tea! Everything. 1M x better than the competition!!!

Today I came across with a customer when I was waiting in the drive-through and he was in front of me and had to confirm three times that is the hut ring he is holding is hot or not as an evidence he said as I’m holding the top of the coffee. I don’t feel it hot and then this customer dumped all the coffee on the ground near the trash can. sometimes I don’t understand the way people try things to justify themselves. First you would try a sip , if you can drink it yes it’s not that hot, but if you can’t even touch your lip then That means it is hot. It’s that simple. Well of course the outside of the cup should be a little lower temperature than the coffee itself otherwise would it be safe to hold it? Then you would again blame these people. Every time I get a hot coffee I have to wait till it is at drinkable temperature. I got a coffee after him and it was super hot that I couldn’t touch my lips. ??♀️??♀️
