The best 5 Guys in the city! I am neurodivergent and can't handle loud sounds and things. The music here isn't absurdy loud, you can hear the person next to you talking. I also have legit Celiacs Disease and the staff took extra care to make sure I didn't get sick. I can finally eat out again :,)

Where are the fries!? What happened to Five Guys!? Paid full price for a large fry experience and got MUCH less than what you would expect from Five Guys.

I’ve been coming to five guys about twice a month for at least 6 years. Typically it’s a good experience but it’s gotten worse and worse recently. Today I got a burger with bacon, a large fry extra crispy and a small ice tea. The fries were soggy, and it certainly wasn’t a large amount of fries. Looks like the typical fast food situation where prices go up portions go down, and quality starts lacking. I asked the girl at the counter about the fries and she begrudgingly made me a new order. Very unfriendly. It was over $25 for this order so I expect the quantity and quality to be there. If I want Wendy’s quantity and quality, I’d go there and pay half as much. Be better.

Absolutely horrible service Takes forever to get your food and it's definitely overpriced for a frozen burger that's greasy. I would AVOID all five guys If you go to here may as well go eat a bunch of horse meat. It is DISGUSTING!!!! Your much better off getting Wendy's At least their burgers are not disgusting reheated frozen garbage and it's fresh. Would avoid 5 guys at all costs. such a rip off!!!!

It's Five Guys. What else can you say? World class burgers.
Maybe it's just me but there are consistently errors with multiple items in my orders at this location. At first I chalked it up to being a brand new location but going back tonight it seems like that's just how this location rolls. I'd recommend either the bethel or farther north on high locations instead of this one which is unfortunate since this location is convenient to me.

Clean Store Great Customer Service the food is excellent made to order..just an FYI again items are made to order this will take a moment to get your food and a small fry is more than enough for almost 2 people and make sure get them with NO SALT sometimes the associates get a little heavy handed with the salt but all in all everything is deliciousParking: They have a free parking lot however they share the lot with 4 other businesses
