"Perfect Indulgence" is lactose-free and I could not be more disappointed after getting 2 pints delivered. The vanilla bean was awful and I tossed it immediately. Cookies & cream was chalky with a terrible sweetness. The product name should be clear that it is lactose free like "Lactose-Free" or "No Cow" or "Milk-less". I scrolled through the long menu and was hurrying to place the order. I thought that perfect indulgence might be a richer or upgraded version of the regular flavors. I know Graeter's regular ice cream is phenomenal. I will just be more careful if I choose delivery next time. Delivery was pretty fast and great.

This Graeter's is always on point! Friendly staff, well made & prepared ice cream, and clean facility! Definitely recommend. Also the downtown Worthington experience makes this location fun to sit outside and/or walk around while enjoying ice cream!

Everything you want from a local ice cream shop. I love the Black Cherry Chip, but anything with fruit is excellent. If peach is in season it's a no brainier. Rotating special offerings are also often worth it. Staff is friendly and they go the extra mile. One of my favorite ice cream shops.

So many ice cream flavors to choose from! My favorite though is the classic, chocolate ice cream. The service is always great and every person working there is always very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is very casual, it's an ice cream shop!
Amazing service and great taste. Highly recommend their peach flavor soda. A large amount of ice cream perfectly mixes with soda and cream with a reasonable price. One thing is that their ac temperature could be higher. My body got cooling from both inside and outside.

Sometimes Hot Chocolate is better frozen. The seasonal milkshake was a perfect blend of creamy chocolate with hints of peppermint. The peppermint stick shake was loaded with peppermint.
