I had dropped a huge catering order and not only was it done early they went above and beyond filled a bag of condiments and napkins without me asking. They even called me to let me know it was done early. I appreciate the great customer service

I have only been here two times because it's close to my work. I've only ordered online so my interaction is limited with staff. But each time the staff has been over the top nice and felt genuine. And my orders have been 100% correct and delicious. I'll keep coming back to this location.

Just had the worst sub ever at no fault to the employees. The chicken was the worst quality product you can buy. After the third sharp chicken bone I chewed on, threw the whole thing in the trash.I used to come here a few times a week and they never disappointed. Moved away for a year and came back home for the winter and was craving one of their subs. One of the first spots I hit when I came back from my seasonal job. Huge disappointment at how the quality went down.
