This will be an unpopular opinion. But I did t care for the cookies. On a brownie, I’m a corner guy. I don’t like ooey-gooey. I like a crunch on my cookies, and I could never eat cookie dough.
So I only came here to leave this eating as a warning for others of my kind that this is not the place for you.
I will say that I bought an 8 pack on this first visit so that I could try a variety of flavors. The chocolate chip had good flavor and it was still warm. So the melting chocolate chips made the texture more acceptable to me. My second cookie was the maple-iced sugar cookie. It undid me. That under baked middle was too much goo. But here is the real conflict, that maple icing is the best I think I have ever had. Is it wrong that I drug the icing from the middle toward the edge with my teeth so that I could only eat the perimeter where the cookie had actually set up? Maybe you could offer a twice-baked cookie for folks like me?

Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.
