Don’t bother with this location, the Food preparation is haphazard and sloppy. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 pizzolis, and inferno cheesy bread on 8/30. When we received our food there were sauce cups smashed into the topping/cheese of one pizza, no jalapeños were put onto the inferno bread, a sausage + pep pizzoli had no sausage, and we got 1 marinara sauce cup and 2 jalapeño ranch (vs the 3 Marinara and 1 jalapeño ranch we ordered). I immediately contacted the store and spoke with a manager on duty expressing my frustration. I was told I would receive a full refund for my order in about 2 days. I gave it some extra time given how refunds usually go, especially it having been a holiday weekend, but it’s now been more than 10 and have yet to see anything.

I recently purchased a pizza for the second time, but at a different location while noticing the same issue for both locations. Today's purchase was at the Worthington location.
I find it quite absurd with the handling of customer's food that the Marco's Pizza at 1361 Worthington Centre Dr., Columbus, OH and 8605 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH are not wearing gloves while handling food. I place my order online and always get to the location early to look at things like this until my food is done and watched an associate prepare a sub with literally no gloves and touching the sub multiple times so I only imagine how many times my pizza and other associates pizza were touched the same way with the fact of were the associates places their hands while idle and not preparing food.
I really hope you all look into this because this is not proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitization.

Got a letter in the mail asking for a chance to deliver delicious pizza to us. I guess we'll never know because when I called for delivery to the store listed, and that's closest they refused to deliver to our apartment and tried to send me to a store that's farther away. oh well, back to anges.
Do not order from here. Their tracker doesn’t work and the delivery drivers don’t knock on the door. When I called for an estimate, they said 15-20 mins. Checked at 15 and food was outside before that. No knock or anything. I was in the living room too. Cold and gross pizza! I even gave the driver a good tip.

These guys/girls are so efficient! They also cater to my needs, no matter how complicated. I used to live 5 minutes from this location, and they delivered within 15 minutes! I would have 'prefrences' that many would think to be ridiculously unnecessary, but they didn't ever mind. They brought me the specific requested order to my satisfaction every time! Thanks Marcos employees!

Gone way down hill recently. Last several time I have ordered it has been incorrect. It usually has wrong topics and pizzas are cut wonky and haphazardly. Most recently ordered a magnifico that came with very little pepperoni. A large cheese with pepperoni that had zero pepperoni on it. This is the last I will be ordering from this establishment.

Picked up a pizza, thought we would try thin crust. Upon pick up noticed associate making the pizza without gloves. Not naive knowing this can happen in kitchens I can’t see but seeing it happen grossed me out, at the mercy appropriate hand washing happened before. The thin crust tasted like a frozen pizza. Ordered from another place instead.

Tonight was the first time ordering from this location and it will be my last. I ordered my food on the website which is as easy. It popped an alert guaranteeing my order by 637pm. I get an email confirming my order then another at 625pm that my order was going in the oven. Smooth process! I then get a text message at 706pm stating my order would be delivered by 746pm and there was a link! It was DoorDash! When I select the link the driver wasn’t even there. So now I know my pizza was going to be cold! I get another text at 714pm that my order was picked up and at the same time I get an email from Marcos stating my order was delivered! And it obviously wasn’t. My pizza did not arrive to my home until 726pm (an HOUR) after my pizza went in the oven! My pizza and cheesy bread is luke warm. The ranch & marinara sauce was shoved under my cheesy bread cause it to be bent upwards. I also was missing my extra ranch and garlic sauce! This was such a horrible experience! A frozen pizza would’ve been better and cheaper! To order through the website then to change to DoorDash. Emails that were not accurate and food was not hot! I am not one to complain but I am beyond frustrated with this experience!! A waste of $34!I have located the Facebook page but there isn’t a message option. And I cannot find on twitter. How should I proceed?

Order wasn't ready at the 20 minutes. I was told it was in the system but didn't show on the screen. I know this happens. I was told we'll I can make it for you in 10 minutes. No apologies. The Marinara cup wasn't even filled halfway. The Pizzoli had 3 peps, but the main issue was the bottom was burnt. I know TV ads are doctored up but this was not even close. Nobody will reach out to me.
