Tonight was the first time ordering from this location and it will be my last. I ordered my food on the website which is as easy. It popped an alert guaranteeing my order by 637pm. I get an email confirming my order then another at 625pm that my order was going in the oven. Smooth process! I then get a text message at 706pm stating my order would be delivered by 746pm and there was a link! It was DoorDash! When I select the link the driver wasn’t even there. So now I know my pizza was going to be cold! I get another text at 714pm that my order was picked up and at the same time I get an email from Marcos stating my order was delivered! And it obviously wasn’t. My pizza did not arrive to my home until 726pm (an HOUR) after my pizza went in the oven! My pizza and cheesy bread is luke warm. The ranch & marinara sauce was shoved under my cheesy bread cause it to be bent upwards. I also was missing my extra ranch and garlic sauce! This was such a horrible experience! A frozen pizza would’ve been better and cheaper! To order through the website then to change to DoorDash. Emails that were not accurate and food was not hot! I am not one to complain but I am beyond frustrated with this experience!! A waste of $34!I have located the Facebook page but there isn’t a message option. And I cannot find on twitter. How should I proceed?

Order wasn't ready at the 20 minutes. I was told it was in the system but didn't show on the screen. I know this happens. I was told we'll I can make it for you in 10 minutes. No apologies. The Marinara cup wasn't even filled halfway. The Pizzoli had 3 peps, but the main issue was the bottom was burnt. I know TV ads are doctored up but this was not even close. Nobody will reach out to me.

I have ordered from this location several times. I have had more bad pizza than good pizza. The last order I picked up, the pizza seemed like it needed to cook a lot longer. All the veggies were still kind of crunchy. Kind of nasty. Few months back, the pizza dough was undercooked and tasted like it was made with no salt. Employees openly complained about ownership in front of a lot of customers. Think I'm done with thos location.

I'm writing this review in response to poor treatment by an employee at this location. I didn't do anything unreasonable or act Irate, I explained my concern calmly. So, I ordered a cheesy bread with double cheese. Upon receiving it and taking it to my car, I noticed that they didn't apply the garlic sauce and roma/parmesan seasoning over the cheese. That is an essential element to a Marco's cheesy bread. I took it inside and explained to the male employee with black hair that it appears that the garlic and roma/parm seasoning were not applied to the cheesy bread. His response was "it should be." Seconds later he states, "it is on there." I responded, "It's on there?" He stated, "yeah, it's on there." I said "OK, thanks man," even though I was 99.9% sure that it was not on there. I took it back to my car, where I then looked at it again, and it was very obvious that it was not on the cheesy bread. I tasted it, and yes that also yielded the obvious result that the garlic and roma/parm seasoning were not on there. The business was dead, and it was also a very simple fix. The garlic sauce and roma seasoning are essential/free of cost items, which could have easily been applied. Instead I was denied the truth and sent on my way. The icing on the cake is that I'd had the same issue previously with a cheesy bread, where either the extra cheese wasn't applied, or the garlic and roma weren't applied. I posted pictures of the cheesy bread that I received on here as evidence of my claims. So again, this negative review was inspired by very poor judgement/treatment by an employee at the Worthington Centre Drive location.

Worst pizza ever, not busy so no excuses, a hand full of pepperoni in the middle of the pizza, seven pieces did not have any mushrooms. Very scimpy on the toppings, it's sad to pay $22.00 for a pile of crust that's not even cut.

They knew they had racist workers there to begin with, I’ve been patiently waiting but I guess you didn’t have any intentions on getting back to me. The food arrived over 40 minutes after it was due. It was still very warm, but by that point I had eaten a pb sandwich in my hotel. They also turned off the phones and never relayed that they were still coming.
The staff here is freaking awesome!! Great management, always fresh food and the delivery is fast been going here for years, best Marcos around in my opinion idc who begs to differ lol.

This is the only place I go to right now when I want pizza while working (really more of a go-to for sandwiches). The food is always hot, fast, and fresh. The employees are always busy, but also always polite. Can't really ask for more.
Five stars when hungry, four stars when not. There's something about not being able to eat this meal slow that speaks miles for the passion I feel for it. Each bite is better than the last but not as good as the next. I just finished eating, and let me tell ya, it was just a blur of sauce dipping and preparing bites. At one point I think I actually started sweating, but not 100% sure. I went with the boneless buffalo wings, that were LOADED with sauce, a pizza with pepp on the whole thing and japs on half for me, since munchie isn't big on the spicy. Which is surprising because she's with me. Anyway. We got a side of blue cheese, ranch, extra pizza sauce, and they threw in a buffalo for the wings (which was not used nor needed). The two guys running the joint resembled the typical "hang loose and eat pizza" vibe, and we were immediately blasted with old school rock when walking in to pick it up. All around, solid experience.
