They ran out of bags and decided to send drinks home in this flimsy cardboard box. That box handle ripped as soon as I got through the door. Good quality thinking McDonalds. 2 stars because, even though I couldn't drink them, the drinks ACTUALLY came with straws this time.

The food was wretched. The quarter pounder patty was smashed to less than a quarter-inch thick, and was visibly coated with salt. It was inedible. The fries were garbage too. It was 6:30 pm and the place wasn't even busy. There was only one other customer and the employees still couldn't produce a decent product. Incompetence all around.

For over a month the expresso machine has been “not working “ I have asked for no whipped cream in the Carmel frappa and they continue to mess order up. I always have to pull to second window to wait for the only thing j order a Carmel g frappa and rhen there’s whipped cream on it. Very upset wont be going back

This is the worst McDonald’s in the Columbus area. Once in a while I give this location a try thinking they might get better. Then every time they somehow mess up your order. This time I call the store and music playing in the background sounded like a celebration type atmosphere. The manager was of no help with the issue. I’m surprised the manager could even hear me. Either way I’m not getting replacement food nor can I figure out how to get a refund after using the app. Bottom line don’t go to this location. The service is horrible.

We ordered a coke icee in the drive thru at like 11pm. Bro handed it to us and then also a bunch of napkins. I thought he was being super polite or something, whatever. No, he handed us a coke icee that was literally overflowing at the very top with liquid and it spilled all over the car, we didn't see at first cos it was 11pm and dark. Really bruh.

Wait 20 minutes for a muffin and breakfast biscuit. Oh really? It's supposed to be "fast food." If I had time to wait I would go to a standard restaurant. Oh, and it is not possible to cancel the order once one is on hold.

No salt on my fries & my mcflurry wasn't mixed. Just a bit of the mix in on the top. That's no good. But, they were super friendly! That's a rarity these days, so great job there.

Visiting from Cleveland, came here for a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown and coffee...by the time I got back to my hotel everything was still nice hot and fresh. I wasn't disappointed...worth the short drive.

went threw the drive threw. they got my order wrong. went back threw. "Hay, you guys mesed up my order. i wanted this." "Pull up to the second window." i then get there and explain agen. they take back the sandwich and have me pull to the 3ed windown. get food in a new bag and start to drive off, and oh, it is still wrong, now with a large dent in the top bun. back threw. "Hay me agen you guys still screwed up." Repeat. they take the sadwitch agen. i at thia point remeber my time working in the food servis industry... they hand me just a box with my sand witch in it. at this point, my baby is starting to cry. so i go and meet my wife. look down at my food. and realiz it has the same dent as the last sandwitch, and they just took it apart and put it back together. Let's say i got mad and spit on the food when it was wrong. then they handled my spit to fix the order. now they are making your food with my spit on their hands. i drove back after my wife fed the baby and got my money back. if they did that to me what els are they up to?
