Inside is clean, and good to eat inside. Staff is nice. We eat once every two weeks here. Online pick up orders, curbside, mostly. We only order for two people. While they are very quick to bring our the food. 3 out of 5 times the order isn't right. They forget a burger or give us 2 of something and one of the other when it was reversed, or just don't give us a few items, or wrong size drinks. I just check before we leave to make sure. They always correct it.

Took a long time to get waited on. Only seen one guy up front and asked if he could help and he just said he was on break. Asked if he could get someone and he said I'm on break! Not what I expected at McDonald's.

In the past I have struggled to get a good meal and good service here. I love Sausage Egg McMuffins Big Macs and Iced coffee, I frequent McDonald’s often, mostly this location as it is close to home. The person who brought my food out to me was nice. The tables are dirty. I asked for extra onions and no pickles. I got pickles on both burgers with no onions...

Why have mobile ordering if we have to wait longer in a parking spot than if we just ordered at the drive thru. I placed my order via app, went thru drive thru and gave my number. I was parked for 8 min while 6 cars went thru the drive thru. This is not efficient. Please, please put a person in the drive thru that speaks clear English!!!

In the past few months, I have tried to use mobile ordering and codes here from the app at least 5 times. Each time I have, I get to the window and they tell me my name and order number show up, but they cannot see what I ordered. How does this keep happening?! No one has answers! I go inside and the manager tells me the same thing!! Fix your system! It works every place else!! So I'm now done going to this location. I'll drive a few miles and go to one where their technology works and they aren't rude about it.

Mariachi music blasting from the kitchen, employees singing along as if it were after midnight in the barrio.
Self-serve kiosk did not print a receipt.
Beverage station not stocked.
Parking lot was flooded and impassible.
Negative vibe.

I have been having identity theft issues for some time now.
