Pay attention to when yall let dashers come in and take the wrong orders !!!!!

The food was fresh and the service was stellar. I hung out for a bit to tutor a student, and then ordered food to go, after ordering a bagel while there. It's a clean, quaint, spot to gather, study, and/or have a meal.

Multiple delays in preparing the order, and when the order was finally ready, it was the wrong sandwich. That has happened multiple times at this location.

Food was okay. Not great and was given the wrong order. Nothing too major, just the wrong type of cream cheese and bangle wasn't toasted as was placed on the kiosk order. Coffee was horrible. Just tasted stale.

Liam should be given a raise or a bonus. 10/31/25 he was the only one to show up in the morning. He had a big sandwich order and had to handle the small orders all by himself. He opened the store and was by himself untill 10am. He had a great attitude and let everyone know he was doing his best. If Panera does not reward him in some way they should be ashamed.

Food is delicious and quick to be prepared. I have never had an issue with the food quality in the countless times I have visited this location.

The bathrooms on the other hand... Both stalls had little or no toilet paper at all, and the toilet paper dispensers are falling off the wall. There was no soap, which concerns me because how are employees washing their hands after they use the restroom??

I come here for breakfast a lot, or used to new employees skip on toppings if its ever made right, I'm lucky to get 2 HALF strips of bacon on my 7$ sandwich, avoid this location.

$9 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup this is what I got , 2 oz of noodles and chicken and an empty bowl full of broth super disappointing

The corn soup is very spicy. We need corn soup like in Wawa.

This location has done a better job of keeping their coffee containers filled but not so much on the 1/2 & 1/2 as I always have to ask them to refill it. I also wish they had the cinnamon shaker, like all the other locations.

Did not get chicken on the salad that was supposed to have chicken on it. But the manager stepped in and gave it to me. Kids meals are way overpriced and who gives a little kid a whole apple? My salad had romaine lettuce but most of it was the core pieces and it was not very leafy. Not nearly enough dressing. I go there because my grandkids like the mac and cheese but I would not go there otherwise it's overpriced and not all that great anymore.
