Love this place. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch flatbread.

This location is great! Clean store and quick workers. The food is always delicious and fresh.
Just had the Avocolada smoothie and a chicken pesto Flatbread. Amazing.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla at the store. Opened it at home and it didn’t have chicken on it. Upon calling, the lady who answered the phone told me it was my fault for not saying chicken. The current menu only offers two kinds of quesadillas: cheese and chicken or Santa Fe Chicken. BOTH have chicken. She was rude and wouldn’t replace it. Very disappointed. If you’re not going to put chicken on it, you better be dropping the price.

I came in Sun evening for the free T-mobile smoothie. As I didn’t want a heavy dinner, I ordered a kid’s ham & cheddar wrap. I’ve never had a hot wrap and have to say that it was so fresh and hot that it’s the best wrap I’ve ever had! Didn’t realize that when I skipped the side, I passed on a free bag of chips. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Blimey Limey smoothie. The staff was very prompt and friendly and I will definitely return to try other food options.

I frequent here pretty regularly when I don’t have time to meal prep or pack my lunch. The food and smoothies are always fantastic! Customer service is outstanding! Jonah is awesome!

My personal favs are the island green, blimey limey, açaí smoothies (personally I prefer half sugar) the combo for the Caribbean jerk wrap with the kale coleslaw is my fav and go to order but all the wraps are really good and so are the quesadillas! Lunch averages 13-17 depending on what you get and how many additives you put in the smoothie.

Today I was helped by Jonah and Amane, I truly thought this level of service was extinct. During this cold, gloomy, Ohio day, I was expecting to walk in, get a smoothie, and leave. Instead, I walked in, was greeted with a kind welcome, given all the time I needed to decide, and then was hand delivered my drink in a record amount of time. This establishment specifically continues to deliver exceptional service, and I have already told my friends, co-workers, and family, to head over to their closest Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Wayyyy better than smoothie king and others that use protein powder without the option of removing it. If you want a smoothie because it's healthy, get Tropocal Smoothie Cafe.

The Acai Bowl is not original. It tastes really bad.

Love a good smoothie....my go2 is the blueberry bliss with a scoop of whey protein... service is quick...a grab and go place.. overall no complaints.....

Lovely service and a fun menu! My go-to drink is detox island green. I like fresher green drinks. They do add sugar on most of their menu items, so you gotta be careful with that. I order all of my drinks with no added sugar and just let the fruits and veggies do their thing
