They forgot the cheese on my double and the beef was overcooked and dry, very bad combination

Night manager rude as hell and was giving me faces and an attitude, like it’s not my fault YOU work in fast food AT NIGHT. Chicken nuggets were squishy and soggy, perhaps reheated. Don’t care about there customers at all

My issue is with the food, I got a spicy number 8 which has chicken but the chicken was chewy. It's nothing like how it was before. Not sure what they did to the chicken but that was not it. Customer service was great and the food came out fast.

Today I had a frustrating experience with my order. The lady taking my order had difficulties understanding me which led me to repeat myself several times. I simply ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag with a large tangerine twist which rang up $7 then increased to $9 with the large drink. As a result of poor communication, my meal was missing the bacon. I went back to the counter, explained my bacon was missing. That same lady had the nerve to tell me I didn't order bacon. Clear communication is key for getting an accurate order. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

Showing up with 15 minutes left to go before lunch we should not be told that we have to wait because they were already switching to lunch so they don't have breakfast available. You serve breakfast every morning until 1030 lunch should not be holding back my order at 1015. Also the next time your cashier decides to take it upon herself to yank my debit card from my hand because your credit card reader froze I will be getting an immediate refund and filing a complaint with the corporate number. Also side note don't lick your thumb before putting it on the finger print scanner, that's unsanitary and gross.

Served me and my fiance hours old burgers with completely stale buns. Appalled and disgusted doesn't begin to start explaining. Totally inedible.

Every time I visit this Wendy’s it seems there’s always something amiss. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it’s just an off day, but every visit is an off day I guess. They didn’t give me anything for my chili(crackers or, god forbid, a spoon), didn’t get a straw(which they never do. I’m always opening my bags at home to find nary a straw in any bag) and finally, I didn’t get one of the sandwiches I ordered. I went inside to get my missing item and stood at the counter for about 2-3 mins before someone acknowledged me. Mind you, there was one car in the drive thru and NO ONE inside when I went in. Both people on the sandwich station and the person at the fry station SAW me but said nothing! One of the sandwich people was HOLDING my missing item but instead of handing it to me or asking me if it was mine when I visibly had bags of food in my hands, he set it down on a nearby counter and ignored me 💖. I’ve worked in food service a majority of my life and I know it gets exhausting at times, especially if youre short staffed, but I think this location needs some better management or something.

I always come to this Wendy’s and it always something it this was the worst thing they ever did. I order cheese fries and got burnt bacon fries then my bacon double stack was so dry and nasty with the same burnt bacon pieces. They could’ve just said no bacon instead of serving that. That’s not very “food safety” of them.

I prefer Wendy's for a fast food burger. The 7 dollar meal deal is worth buying. I strongly recommend it.

Continously misses and/or messes up items. Garbage service. Food as far as Wendy's goes is mediocre. Better Wendy's locations in the area.
