Delicious, affordable, and super friendly atmosphere! Yappy Greek is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious, the prices are great, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! 👏🇬🇷
Always a good experience, like the new location
Great falafel and salads.
The Yappy Greek is the best! Downer always greet you with a big smile and is so friendly. My chicken euro was filled to the round with chicken and The trimmings. Love their chicken lemon soup as well. Highly recommended!
I’m a little shocked at the low quality food given to me. I ordered a gyro salad for lunch as my office is near by. I called in the order and asked what was on the salad and what came with it as the menu online has no descriptions at all. I was told it comes with some really great veggies, the dressing, and a pita. Perfect! I also ordered an extra side of dressing and a side of fries. I go in to pick it up and it hasn’t been made yet. No issues with that as I prefer it to be as fresh and hot as possible when I carry out. I then witness them put some already sliced, off the vertical spit they had in the restaurant, gyro meat onto a flat top grill to reheat and grab a handful of already fried fries from a basket and toss them into the fryer, again to reheat. I was completely turned off. The pita is also just two small triangles thrown into the fryer and served clogged with oil and yet dried out at the same time. Much like the rest of the food. For almost $17 total I will likely not return and just head back to chipotle for my lunch breaks. (Also, as an FYI to anyone ordering salads or needing dressings for anything; the dressings were very small, only half full in a 2oz ramekin.)
The staff at Yappy Greek Restaurant in Worthington on Campus View Blvd are professional, extremely friendly and provide a clean and inviting atmosphere for eating in, or carryout, great customer service as well. I have dined in & done takeout. Great service.
The food is delicious and they provide fast service. You may have to wait, but the food is worth the wait.
I had the Greek cheeseburger, fries and salad. The spicy feta dip is delicious too. The food was hot and fresh. The fish looked delicious. Everything is made in house, Authentic Greek style food. My new Greek restaurant. I can’t wait to try breakfast food. Go try it at one of their two locations. I went twice in one week. It’s worth the money, yum!!
Very fresh ingredients. Friendly, fast service.
I had the chicken gyro. It was good. I will ask for extra sauce next time. The fries were good, too. There is one table outside and several tables inside. They also offer breakfast!
No frills Greek. Food was hit or miss. Dive atmosphere with counter service.
Grape leaves and Lemon chicken soup were just ok. Spanakopita was greasy and not good. Platters were decent. Spicy feta was good.

I don’t leave reviews, but this one got me seeing it got 4.6 stars and I would’ve been happier going ANYWHERE else. Food was probably the worst Greek food I’ve had. Rice was desert flavored; dry. Had a burger with a bun I could build a brick house with. Portion was small compared to price point. Flavor was underwhelming. The person greeting me didn’t communicate friendly, but IDC. The food I got was not the same pictured. When you add it all up, hard pass and not recommended.

Had so much good Greek food at Yappy Greek! Their menu is extensive and their desserts are made with care by a local baker and the owner’s wife!
The gyro platter had lots of spiced gyro with pita, salad, and seasoned fries. Everything was so good!
Their chicken shawarma rice bowl is also a great option and you can get it spicy with their house made spicy feta.
If you’re looking for a refreshing and hearty appetizer, the dolmades was the one. It had a tangy flavor from the lemon and the grape leaves were tender.
They had a lot to choose from as for desserts but I had to try their walnut baklava. It was layered, flaky, and sweet with walnuts baked within. It was one of the best baklava I’ve had!
The cookies were on the dry and flaky side but I appreciated how they weren’t too sweet.
Service was quick and there were plenty of seats indoors. The owner was very friendly and kindly explained all the dishes to us! Definitely will be back!

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the owner, with the most welcoming smile and hello. The service was fast and the GYRO was the BEST I’ve ever had hands down. Sat down for the first time today, usually my husband and I take it To Go, was in complete awe watching him interact with every guest that came in whether it was a regular (many), someone new and even door dashers! You won’t be disappointed with their huge menu and amazing guest service
