Both times I have tried to order food here, the staff take 5-10 min to even acknowledge me. They don’t actually say anything until I give up and decide to eat elsewhere. Not sure how the food is for this very reason. They can only handle one order at a time and don’t bother talking to you if anyone else has just placed an order. Not sure if they’re understaffed or what but I can say they have garbage customer service.
It seems that subway and Charlie's share employees.
I just had the most pissed off person make my sandwich at subways all wrong. When I tried to tell her that it should have had cheese, she said she put it on there. She didn't. It seemed like she didn't even know the size that went on the sandwich

The person taking my order had real heartburn taking a special order which is very strange because one would think it would be an honor serving retired military and current military. The cooks did a good job of trying to cover the person who took the orders. Anyway the portion size of the chicken Philly and reg Philly was small with very few goodies in the sandwiches. We won't be back for a long time as there are many other options on and around the military base.

Always a great place to eat! They have the best phillys out of any sandwich shop in the area. The loaded fries are great as well. The staff is always friendly and upbeat!
The food was delicious. Large portions and great prices. The peach lemonade was very good. The staff was polite.
