“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.”

“We ordered takeaway for Thanksgiving, and everything was cooked to perfection—the lasagne, brie, and olive cake were outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and the staff was friendly and very service-oriented. Parking downtown Dayton was easy, and we’ll definitely be back.”

“45+ min wait for 3 plates. 4th plate was ordered after the first 3 were placed and came out first which indicates the 4th order was submitted by itself rather than combined with the first 3. Kitchen was not at capacity or extremely busy. Assistant Manager falsely claimed to be the Manager and was unwilling to offer any compensation for the wait. A.M stated 45min is standard wait and insinuated I was trying to get a discount on bar tab because I waited until the bill came out. A.M falsely claimed I was the only table that had complained about the wait. Waitress clearly indicated a table near me also complained and received a free appetizer as I was requesting to speak to the manager. The unwillingness to make minor compensations or take accountability is the reason another dollar will never be spent again at T.P. Waitress was tipped fairly at 20%.”

“Great location for a nice night out. Service (Alisha) was phenomenal and the scallops were super good. Nice wine selection and unique menu made the night a win. Bonus: steps away from Too Social (axe throwing) and around the corner from the Century Bar.”

“We held my daughter’s bridal shower at Joui Wine. Who doesn’t like wine and charcuterie? The staff were amazing and helped make the shower special. The charcuterie was beautiful and delicious. My daughter and I plan to be back to enjoy the beautiful space and awesome wine!”

“I ordered cookies on the app like at 9 PM and I got to the store and there were probably 15 people in the store. It was super busy. There was one worker, I found out that her name was Carrie, and she was just back there busting out orders, working hard trying to get everybody's order completed. And even when a customer came in, that was, I believe doordashing and was given her grief and asking her, why was it taking so long? She was still respectful to them and told them that she was doing her best, and that she was going in order of the way the orders had came in. And that she would get the order done as fast as she could. I just really admire the way that she handled the situation, because she was literally getting her butt kicked, and it was a lot for 1 person. She was backing cookies and doing orders and running and like crazy. I just want everyone to know that it was a great place.

“Originally from Buffalo NY, found it very difficult to find a pizza that even comes close to what I was used to. I've tried many pizzas across the Miami Valley and all I can say is that most were pretty bad, and a few ok but not much more. 2 places were halfway decent but those places went downhill. I finally tried Joe's Pizza last month and have to say, the Absolute Best in Miami Valley. It was the closest to Buffalo Style Pizza I ever had in Southwest Ohio. Told their Staff the same. I will definitely be going back there despite being a little drive from where I live. I would recommend Joe's Pizza to everyone, especially if you're looking for a quality pizza!!”

“I was very impressed with this place. I had the orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken is great. The fried rice is some of the best I have had in a long time. We also had the appetizers sampler with egg rolls, cheese wontons and fried dumplings. All 3 were some of the best I have ever had. The apple pie egg rolls for dessert were great and had a lot of very good caramel sauce with it.”

“My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. He ordered the curry and rice with chicken and I ordered the classic bibimbop with bulgogi beef. Our entrees were served with miso soup, which usually, I am not a fan. Theirs is amazing and I loved it! The staff was fast and very friendly, we were served very quickly. Our food was amazing! Beautifully plated and very fresh, amazing meals. We will definitely be back! Excellent experience.”

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.”

“I ordered 40 large sugar cookies from Cake, Hope and Love for a shower. They were able to perfectly match the colors and theme from the pictures I sent. The cookies were delicious too!. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a dessert for a special occasion.”
