Pizza is delicious. Good ingredients and most importantly that wood fired oven that gets HOT for proper oven spring. Style can be described as an Americanized Neapolitan - heavier on toppings, crust a bit thicker. But it’s good.
If I had one humble request - please use semolina instead of AP/00 flour or whatever under the pizza. Underside of our pizza was overly floury. Semolina is the way to go here and would easily elevate the pizza.

Excellent family friendly artisanal pizza place. Grant takes exquisite care to make sure his pizza technique is up to snuff. The same could be said for his whiskey selection. A great place to go for date night or after the kids' sports games.

This is not generic chain restaurant pizza. They have quality ingredients and some that aren't typical everywhere (Shallots and Kalamata Olives for example). They have a bar with many different bourbon available. They offer a gluten-free crust and dairy-free cheese.

Great experience here today! The service is friendly and fun, and our food was fantastic. The house salad was one of the better salads I have ever had - the snap peas cut just right to provide texture and flavor. Excellent quality and we will for sure be back!

We came back here for pizza week. Tried the Big Dill pizza special. I was hooked from the first bite. Such a delicious combo of flavors. Also highly recommend the Burnout pizza! Our preschooler got the "Shark Board" which was an adorable charcuterie board for kiddos. The service was amazing. Our waitress was so kind and responsive! Will definitely return here.
