However, one visit was disappointing when a call-in order for wings and fries had not been started upon arrival, and while the staff apologized, there was no gesture like a drink or discount for the wait. In another instance, an employee sprayed body spray in a public place near food, which was overpowering. Despite these issues, the restaurant is always clean, and many guests have a great time, with one reviewer calling it the best BWW in the Dayton area.
