Honestly, what is this? Is it just overcooked (doubtful considering it was cold as could be 2 minutes after served), New York City rat move in, decide to take a slice for himself? Still a negative. What you see here, is looking out for the bottom line & I know this because I am in the restaurant business & have watched the couple above me do this. my husband and i ordered our pizza on the app minutes after 6:00 p.m. the app quoted our pizza delivery time to be 6:54 p.m. we called to check on it at 7:14 p.m. instead of apologizing and getting our pizza here quickly, they said “it should be there soon”. here we are 7:33 p.m. and we just got our pizza. 🙄 don’t quote a time if you can’t get there by then.
we love the pizza and have been faithful customers, but this was a rough experience.
