Quick service at lunch time. Food was good but they did forget the lettuce on one of our sandwiches.

Food tastes great but stuff like not putting a lid on the cup of cheese and dumping it all over everything in the bag isnt ok. Especially with the price it is.

Absolutely disgusting food. I waited 25 minutes for 2 subs with a bill of almost $40. They forgot the sauces on both and the fries were soggy. They spent more time on take out and drive up orders than the few people waiting inside the store who were ahead in the cue.

I visit this Penn station at least twice a week sometimes three times a week… never a disappointment they went above an beyond to make sure my little app worked since it was not reflecting my points an literally the same day he said he was gonna talk to corporate about it. They reached out to me via email and was very prompt and helpful and now I’m just waiting on my points to load best Penn station ever I walk in they greet me by my name know exactly what I want to order and how I want it.

This Penn station in particular is FANTASTIC. Great service and the best sub I’ve had made out of all the Penn stations I’ve been to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Deleted my previous 5 star review for a more up-to-date one for the manner in which service is currently, rather than years ago. Absolute TRASH restaurant that MUST have new management from when it opened and last year or so because it seems impossible to get the order correct now and do they fix it, no! They screw up a Doordash order in such a spectacular manner sending out some sloppy chicken sandwich instead of the Italian that was ordered. Don't know how that happens, it's not like I got someone else's sandwich with their receipt taped to it, it was my receipt on something nowhere near what I ordered. Held 5 stars from me across the board since opening, even after a mistake or two since but, thats the problem, it just keeps getting worse and worse. Pathetic. Read the screen/tickets, not that difficult.
