Croissants! Frangipane! Go at once!
The wedding cake they made for my daughter's wedding was both gorgeous and delicious! Absolutely recommend. Also recommend the cafe - everything is fresh and fabulous.
I had never been in before and tried one of your iced cinnamon rolls. It was SO good! Delicious with light icing that was tasty and totally complemented the roll without being heavy or greasy! Looking forward to my next visit!

Yellow Springs Bakery & Cafe is a must-visit spot with an incredible selection that balances sweet and savory perfectly. All pastries are scratch made. The Almond Croissants are perfectly golden and flakey, and the croissants are light, flaky, and authentic in texture, taste, and bake. The Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche and Veggie Empanadas are delicious and made with care. The empanadas—beef, chicken, and vegetable—are some of the best ever; a quick reheat in a 325 degree oven makes for a wonderful dinner. Homemade salsa accents the empanadas perfectly and feels almost religious. For sweets, the Chocolate Ganache Tart with fresh blackberry and pistachio looks and tastes like a work of art. The chocolate cake is a must and very delicious. Other offerings include ham and cheese or mushroom and cheese pastries, and a mushroom and swiss pastry that is incredibly flaky. This bakery is exactly what the town needed, and guests plan to return for more sweet treats.
