Arby's in Youngstown

“Great service at this Arby's. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly. My son (4) had his window down in the back and the woman was extremely nice and engaging with him. When the food came she asked us to pull forward some so she could hand him his kid meal directly to him and he absolutely loved that! Great service from her! The fries were warm, the chicken nuggets were delicious from there, and the gyros were pretty good. I think the gyros could have used more vegetables. But all around it was pretty good.“

“Arby's locations are comfortable generally. Some locations' workers seem unhappy, but not this one! The girls are always friendly and the service is fast. Food is always hot and tastes great. This is the best one I've been to so far.

Parking: Plenty of parking all the way around the building. Lot is never overfull.“

“What a fun, friendly and welcoming staff!! Tiffany definitely goes above and beyond! She walks throughout the dining room checking on the customers! It most certainly makes a difference when a staff member LOVES their job!Kudos and 2 thumbs up to Tiffany and her staff!!“

“They forgot about me initially. I ordered at the drive thru, they asked me to pull ahead to wait for my food, and they didn’t bring it. I went inside to remind them and they didn’t remember my food. But then they gave me free food on top of what I had ordered. Two thumbs up.“

“Stopped here for dinner this evening with a friend from out of town. This is the first time I have went inside and sat down to eat. Every time I have previously been here, it was always through the drive thru. There were not many customers inside dining. We received service immediately once we figured what we wanted to order. They were very knowledgeable as to what was on the different sandwiches I had questions about. They were also very helpful and willing to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. All three workers that were near the front counter, acted professional and were very curtious to me and my friend. Our food was made fresh and was served in a timely manner. I used the restroom during my visit. The women's room was clean and looked how a public restroom should be kept. The only thing I even noticed was that the floor by the table we ate at was very sticky. This is something that is probably normal as there are many people in and out of there throughout one day. A customer may have spilled their soda and then tried to clean it up theirselves. I don't feel like the floor being sticky is a reflection at all on this Arby's or the employees. I am sure they mop their floors nightly. I was very impressed with how this Arby's looked this evening and how personable the employees were. I feel like when people are doing a good job they should be recognized. Good job this evening guys, I will be back probably more often than usual and I will definitely be dining in more than I have been.“
