“So the Massillon Arby's ran out of roast beef....So I came over to the one on West Tusk, i literally messed up my order and got the wrong thing....It was my own fault!!! LAR'S made everything right, even though it was my fault and had a smile on her face the whole time!!! What wonderful customer service.“
“The man with the red hair was so sweet. I came first thing this morning at 10. (just how my lunch works out) I ordered and he was so NICE!!! I forgot to ask for Arby’s sauce and was fully expecting to not have any for my sandwich. I look in the bag there are 2 to 3 sauces of each sauce they have. Thank you guys so much!“
“I didn't get her name but the lady that was working lunch shift today Wednesday July 23,she has long blonde hair in a braid. I've never seen customer service as amazing as what I seen today, she was calling people by their first names and I even watched her help a handicap gentleman including getting his drink for him and taking his food to the table!! 👌 Top Notch“
“We had ordered food online . Sent my son into pick it up . I had forgot food for the grand bab. So while was in inside We went through the drive through to get a kids meal .So he met us at the drive through. The manager actually asked us because their door was open if my son went in and took a box out of there. What I should’ve asked was if we stole why are we sitting in the drive-through waiting on a kid meal. The food was good . But we won’t beck.“
