“They forgot about me initially. I ordered at the drive thru, they asked me to pull ahead to wait for my food, and they didn’t bring it. I went inside to remind them and they didn’t remember my food. But then they gave me free food on top of what I had ordered. Two thumbs up.“
“I went through the drive through during lunchtime on the way up to Lake Erie ordered a double roast beef sandwich with large curly fries hands down the best roast beef sandwich I have ever had from there the meat was cooked amazing and juicy however I was bummed that they only filles my large fry half way and couldn't order a shake it was a nice day and the shake machine was broken“
“Great service at this Arby's. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly. My son (4) had his window down in the back and the woman was extremely nice and engaging with him. When the food came she asked us to pull forward some so she could hand him his kid meal directly to him and he absolutely loved that! Great service from her! The fries were warm, the chicken nuggets were delicious from there, and the gyros were pretty good. I think the gyros could have used more vegetables. But all around it was pretty good.“
