I recently went since their Grand Opening and received my free sandwich. The staff and food was excellent. We like our Arby's. �
Love the new menu! The people and the food were excellent!
So the Massillon Arby's ran out of roast beef....So I came over to the one on West Tusk, i literally messed up my order and got the wrong thing....It was my own fault!!! LAR'S made everything right, even though it was my fault and had a smile on her face the whole time!!! What wonderful customer service.
